Burger King — Restaurant in Texas

I recently placed an order with Burger King using their mobile application. Upon my arrival at the restaurant, the staff informed me that they could not locate my order. I presented both the emailed receipt and the receipt displayed within the app. However, the staff maintained that they were unable to assist with my order. In response, I reached out to customer support, where I was asked whether I had received my order. I confirmed that I had not. After this interaction, I did not receive any further communication for two days. Subsequently, I received an email from customer support indicating that my issue had been resolved, yet I am still awaiting a refund. I strongly advise against using the Burger King app for food orders. While it may function correctly initially, there is a risk of funds being deducted without order fulfillment. This incident marks the third occasion on which I have encountered this issue, and I intend to refrain from using this service...

They are better than average correct with my orders usually, but today was a disappointment. I ordered two of the spicy royal chicken wraps, the first one was as good as usual. The second one was made with their extruded chicken nuggets. It was a royal wrap of regret and shame. I finished it because I don’t have time to go back and get a correct one, but this was very dissatisfying.

If you are out of the correct meat, why not inform me so I can choose an option? They did this to me several weeks ago when I ordered breakfast sandwiches. Instead of the double bacon croissants I ordered they had this processed ham sandwich meat folded over in both sandwiches. Drive through took forever. We ordered our whoppers hot off the broiler, it even said it on the order screen and with as long as we waited at the window for our food we would of expected them to be hot but no. Our whoppers were room temperature at best and the bun was completely hard like it has been out all day. Our drink order was a mess. We ordered 5 drinks and a shake. We never got the shake, all thought we didn’t realize until we had already drove off. We got the correct sodas but all 5 were in a different size cup than we ordered. Definitely not worth $40.
