Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Texas

i came here yesterday around 5 pm and had to call corporate on the mexican girls in the front and will be escalating it to eeoc for discrimination!

this was actually one of my go to spots because a guy that works there fixed my food before and i like it and i just kept coming to this location but was always hesitant because the girls think they run the place , one of the girls think she’s a manager but it’s no way someone chose her to be a manager and she was only nice and giggly to her kind .

i was asking her questions she wouldn’t even bother helping me , she automatically fought me with attitude and pure disgust , when i was just genuinely confused .

So to me the most funny thing is it's when it's when all you want is just something you was craving all day . Well unfortunately this wasn't something I was met went in just to get some food before my second shift. All I ask additional to my food was chips. Hanging aside, a queso the employee or the cashier told me that the chips were sold out. But yet I'm looked to my left and I see the to-go person putting in two bags of chips for that order and all they keep thinking is okay. So either one or two things happened either. I asked you for chips and queso and you're trying to tell me that you're out of it. But in reality if you're out of it, why are you able to put off for another order? Literally feet away from me and then it's the little smart rebutle when I ask again but the cashier once again says they are out so one or 2 things happen either y'all chips and he didn't want her them or y'all was truly out but then that begs the question if y'all was out of chips how could y'all bag not one but 2 chip bags for another to go order And I think for me as a person I could be understanding if this later towards the night you know because again it's about time for closing. You possibly would have sold out of everything towards the end of the night, let alone. Also making things fresh so that I completely understand. But still the daytime at 6:00 and you're sold out of chips but yet your bag and chips for another order. All right? Cool. Just tell me you didn't want to do your job while telling me you want...

I usually don’t write these because I understand what dealing w customers can be like however this experience was the exception. We placed a mobile order for pickup and we got there no one could hand us our order bc it was only one girl working the front. finally someone else came to help her out and she told us we could grab the order(we couldn’t see the name and didn’t know if we could grab where it was). When we arrived home however I noticed how poorly my bowl was made,I honestly thought it had been eaten from. We immediately went back and asked for a manager, and tried showing them. The manager(Jaden) came out to see what the issue was. They just ended up staring and said “ok” and we were baffled all they said was I “didn’t get all the toppings “ and that “we can weigh it”.Then they tried telling me it tipped over and they just made it. I told them it wasn’t about the weight and it looked like someone had eaten from it.They just repeated that, no apology, no professionalism at all. They also said it probably got tipped over but even if they did, they didn’t reassure us of anything. I HAD to ask them to remake it because all they just said was “it’s the correct weight “and again it’s fine if it was but it was poorly done and they did not handle that well at all.
