Monday night! A horrible experience here at this place, so we are regular customers, and tonight both the kids working were rude and disrespectful, the Spanish guy told the black guy that he wasn’t going to take our order because he was going to wash dishes, the black guy responded, oh yeah well I’m not either, shortly after that the Spanish guy took our order, my thing is if you are bilingual then use your skills when needed, he refused to talk Spanish to my husband, and spoke to him in english, he gave him the total, which he said it was right..obviously he doesn’t know how to count money, he then sent the black guy to tell us that we were short like.75 cents, so I walked back in to pay the difference, I asked the Spanish kid if he knew Spanish he said yes, I told him then why make it difficult for a customer to understand you, if he doesn’t speak much english, and I walked out. As I was getting into my car, the black kid comes out talking krap to me, telling me are you scared, that you had to come get your husband, and told me get out the car, if you have a problem. So disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked for the store # and manager name, they both said we don’t have that information, our boss doesn’t want us to give his/her name out! This was uncalled for. Both these kids need to be professional trained in doing a better job! I will definitely not go there if they are working. Or I will be visiting...

I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday. It was specified to what he liked. I made the order online 4 days ago and saved my confirmation information for easy pick-up. When I went to pick it up on the date and time specified, they DID NOT have the order. The person at the counter looked at me like I was crazy and said that I must not have ordered it. I in turn showed her all of the confirmation information I saved. She still didn't believe me. She looked around and said that she did not receive the order. She called someone on the phone and still could not find my order. I waited there for about 20 minutes, which was big inconvenience because I ordered it at the specific time for a reason. That reason was to surprise my husband when he got home. Well, he beat me home....so that didn't work! I asked them if they would do a discount for the inconvenience and they said no. So it’s been about 7 years since I’ve been back here. 7 years ago the workers were rude and I see the customer service haven’t changed, still rude as ever. Went tonight because my husband wanted some ice cream. I’m a orange leaf fan, but this place was the only place open. I got butterpecan ice cream with the butterfinger waffle cone bowl. The waffle cone bowl was stale and tasted like it was 2 days old with a hint of cleaning solution. It was so disgusting. I got 2 toppings and the dude didn’t even bother to really mix it in. The hubby got a chocolate shake. For $17 bucks I would have expected a lot more. I will NEVER GIVE MARBLE SLAB any of my coins. So not worth it and they have gotten really expensive.
