If I could give 2 different ratings I would, but I can't.

The cookies are absolutely freaking good, they hit my craving everytime. If I could give 10 stars I would.

However the customer service is absolutely the worst. I walk-in at least twice a week, please don't judge me lol. And it is the same... No real greeting, acknowledgement, eye contact for anyone picking up. But if placing a order in the store all smiles. It makes me feel like to get that particular politeness I would have to order in person. But I order online because it is easier for me, given picking up for work as well. I do understand your busy making your wonderful product. But everyone deserves the same treatment whether it is ordering in person or picking up. Part of me if to be honest after experiencing this a couple of time feel it is a racial thing. Only reason why I say this, is because I will see other races picking up and will receive better treatments. I really hate to say that last sentence, because that is not a nice label to have. But at the end of the day a smile, a greeting, an acknowledgement that doesn't feel like I am wasting your time would be nice. So that is the reason for my 2 star.

Last I frequent your other location, and receive excellent treatment. I only know this because we have offices over Houston. So I have been to I think all of yours. And this is the only one that your employees are just plan rude. Maybe secret shopping needs...
