Potbelly — Restaurant in Texas

I went in tonight and the customer service was horrible. It was 2 females, neither one spoke to me nor my husband. It seemed like the female that took my order was annoyed. I felt rushed when giving my order. I should’ve just left but figured it’ll be okay. Ummm no!!! Also, the place was filthy. I ended up just throwing my sandwich away once I made it home, but ate the chips since they were in a bag. This establishment was closed down a few months ago. I’m not sure why, but they may want to shut it down again and get some people in there that care about their customers as well as keeping it clean. I’ve been at this location multiple times before it shut down, but I’ve always been greeted with respect and had a great experience. Placed an online order and paid online already. When I got there they told me they ran out of brocolli and cheese soup. Not a problem I said, and called my wife to see what other soup she would like. We ordered chili instead. Cashier tells me the new total and I told her we already paid online. She tells me the chili cost more then brocolli and cheese soup. I said so because you ran out of a product it is my fault and I have to pay for that? She said yes, and found out she deleted my online order and is now double charging me over .20 cents!! Last time I go there and I am a long time customer of the galleria and woodlands location hope .20 cents was worth losing a permanent customer. Talked to manager as well and she did nothing to...

So I was one of THOSE customers, I'll admit it, I paid in change, and I shame myself for being one of those customers we all hate to get. But man when you get a Potbelly's craving, nothing else can fix it but Potbelly's. Its that Italian. It's awesome. So I order my italian and I asked Kristi if I can pay in change. She smiled and was very nice and said of course! While I counted out change, she made my sandwich with kindness and skill. It wasn't thrown together like slop you might get elsewhere when you pay with change. She just accepted my change, a little polite conversation, and a really good lunch. Potbelly's is awesome.
