Omg I rarely give reviews but I could literally give this place a 0 star. I absolutely love dominos and I specifically ordered dominos and not some other company because of the service. Well they ruined my 21st birthday. An $80 order mind you. After a long day of spending all day with my friends we come to the apartment starving and as it is my 21st birthday none of us were driving. So I decided to order delivery. Worst decision ever. I specifically put the address of my apartment AND THE NAME of the apartment. My order said it would take 36 minutes. I watched the tracker as they delivered multiple orders. I watched them go to the apartment complex right down the street from mind. Which is a completely different address and name. So I called the store to tell them your delivery driver is at the wrong apartment and they told me that he is still delivering which I said my app says you delivered. Lie #1 she says no it still says delivering on our end. Another 10 minutes goes by. I call again because I know at this point they delivered to the wrong place. Then lie #2 a manager gets on there and says no our IT system is being weird and that wasn’t your driver, I just dispatched your order out. Okay so I take the guys word and wait. Mind you the store is 5 minutes from my apartment? I wait another 20 minutes. I call back. It has now been an hour and a half since I placed my order. At this point I’m like where is my pizza and they say again lie #3 they are just delivering multiple orders and if it’s not there in 15 minutes call back. I get a call from a random person. OH GUESS WHAT a decent person found my order outside their door and called me. I had to go get my own COLD pizza after waiting an hour and a half. If they would’ve just owned up to it, as I was extremely nice and understanding with them the entire time. We just wanted our pizza that we paid $80 for!!!!!!!!! I just cannot get over how much they lied to me. From reading a few other reviews it sounds like this place has absolutely horrible delivery drivers. The fact that they didn’t read the ADDRESS OR THE NAME of the apartment is ridiculous. I even gave the gate code to my apartment. I wish someone important of the company would read the reviews of this place because it’s ridiculous the amount of problems this...
Read moreAugust 18, November 10, December 12. This is now the 3rd time that this location has made the same mistake with my order. I order a regular hand tossed pizza, expecting the usual garlic seasoned crust. The first time it happened, I thought it was a mistake on my part. Maybe I clicked the New York style by accident. I had never tried that new crust option and this pizza tasted like no Domino’s pizza I’ve ever eaten before. Zero seasoning and relatively thin crust. I check my online order and I did not make a mistake. I ordered hand tossed and the store made me a NY style instead. I am not a confrontational person. I don’t like to call places and complain. I was hungry and I was just not going to drive back to wait for another pizza. I let it go and ate my flavorless crust. The second time it happened, I really started to think I was crazy. Maybe the hand tossed doesn’t have garlic seasoning after all like I thought - Even though I’ve been eating Domino’s my entire life and clearly remember the seasoning, maybe something has changed. Maybe this NY style is their new regular hand tossed now and I missed the memo. However, that is not the case. Tonight I ordered hand tossed and I used my points for a free pizza. I get home and it’s a pizza with a flavorless crust, again. At this point, I’m done. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I was greeted with, “This is a manager.” I asked them if they could confirm if their hand tossed crust is the one with garlic seasoning. They confirmed that yes, the regular hand tossed is seasoned with garlic. I explained all of the above and let them know I really don’t appreciate the consistent mistake. It was a free pizza so I made it clear I was not calling for money back. It’s the fact that I wasted those points on a pizza I’m not going to eat now. The manager said “I’m sorry. I’ll talk to my workers.” I honestly don’t even know if I was speaking to an actual manager. They did not offer to make it right for me in any way. Most places would at least try to offer a remake of the order, but this store offered no solution or empathy. I do not recommend wasting time or money ordering from...
Read more"Domino's Pizza on Grand Parkway: Hit or Miss, Especially During the Holidays
Domino's Pizza on Grand Parkway is generally what you'd expect from a chain pizza place—reliable for a quick, convenient meal when you're craving pizza. The food is decent, and the prices are reasonable, but don’t expect anything beyond the standard fare. The pizza is usually well-made, and the toppings are fresh, though at times the crust can be a bit inconsistent, either overcooked or slightly underdone.
The real issue with this location, however, is the service, especially during peak times or the holidays. If you're placing an order around these busy periods, be prepared for long delays or, worse, having your order skipped altogether. It’s not uncommon for delivery times to be much longer than promised, and sometimes it feels like they’ve completely forgotten your order. This can be frustrating, especially when you're counting on a reliable meal for gatherings or events.
On regular days, service is generally okay, though it’s not uncommon for small mistakes to happen, like missing items or the wrong toppings. The staff can be hit or miss in terms of helpfulness—some days, they’re friendly and efficient, and other times, it seems like they’re just trying to get through the shift.
In short, Domino's on Grand Parkway is fine for a quick bite, but don’t expect top-tier service, especially when things get busy. If you’re ordering around the holidays, brace yourself for potential delays or mistakes. It’s a decent option, but there’s definitely room for...
