Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Texas

I will never return to this location. Ordered our meals and put the kids ice cream and 2 sandwiches "on hold". Finished our meals, went and asked for the ice-cream and sandwiches to be made. Waited and waited. No ice-cream. Went and asked again for the ice-cream. They had to see the receipt and very aggressively suggested that I hadn't paid for it. Our bill was for $80+. Waited and waited. Nothing. Tried to explain to the 2 yr old why she didn't have her ice cream. Sandwiches to go are now ready. Still, no ice-cream. Asked again. Waited. Checked to go sandwiches. NOT what I ordered. Go up, talk to the manager. They remake the sandwiches (I ordered chicken, got burgers). I ask again about the kids ice-cream. Finally, finally! get the kids ice-cream. Manager brings the new sandwiches. I say we are really not happy with what has gone on. This is not what we expect from Freddie's. Now, I'm a "Karen". I get told that they are VERY busy. At that time, we were the ONLY customers in there. While we were there, we were 1 table of 3. He said that the drive thru was busy. The drive thru that I pointed out was in my direct line of sight and NOT busy and hadn't been. At this point, he asked me "what? You want complimentary food?!" My response was "no, I only wanted what we had paid for but an apology instead of false excuses and a horrible attitude would be nice." Nothing. Get the chicken sandwiches home to the people waiting. They are inedible. Not cooked fully and full of gristle and waste. The dog had dinner. The people went without. We will never go back. I suggest...

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I love Freddy and the Food is always so good, but this staff of teenagers and dropouts must have been trained by other teenagers and dropouts. They can't get the simplest of orders right.

I went through the drive through on 2/8/2019 at 8PM, and ordered a PLAIN Double Cheeseburger and a large Fries. No meal, no additional items, no drink, just a simple burger and fries. I get my order through the drive though and put it to the side until I get home (not gonna lie, I snagged a few fries otw home). I get home, take it all out of the bag, and with utter disappointment I see they've given me someone else's burger which I could not eat, and a medium fries....So I ate the fries, and called the manager. She told me to come back, which I wasn't going to since I live over 10mil away, or to come the next day. So I drive up there the next day, and stopped in at 12 since it's on my way to work. I waited and talked to a different manager whom didn't even look at my receipt and came back with my "correct" order. I didn't check the bag, which I should have, and drove to work. Open everything and lo and behold, the wrong order AGAIN. They got the fries right this time, but the burger still had stuff like mayo and onions, which I did not want and can not eat...So I threw away this one too. How can you mess up an order TWICE in less than 24hrs? This is just sad, please fix your staff. Btw never coming here again, and gonna drive 10 more miles out of the way to get Freddy's...

I wouldn’t work here nor would I eat here. The general manager Twelia is rude has a nasty attitude and shows favoritism towards workers she likes.She is also very lazy and all she does is sits in the office with her favorites bully’s and gossip about other workers she’s ver immature and doesn’t know how to run a business she calls her favorite workers her “babies” and lets them steal food and get away with everything. I texted her number before about my paycheck, instead of having a 1 on 1 with me like a grown woman she messaged the whole group chat with me and everyone else who works there saying “Don’t text my number unless we cool like that” if that’s not unprofessional I don’t know what is. also her nephew Kendrick who works there shows favoritism he’s always out of uniform but gets on other people for being out of uniform. The store is just unprofessional not clean, I’ve seen my coworkers eating with their gloves on in which they make food with. the store is even hiring people who don’t speak English making it harder to get the job done because fast food requires communication. A supervisor who works there named aberuy has a nasty attitude and vapes in the bathroom during her shift. During closing no one cleans things correctly there would still be old food on dishes from the previous day. Overall this establishment is unprofessional and just needs to...
