Gloria Jean's Coffees — Restaurant in Texas

I went today and I order white chocolate cookie and a large ice white chocolate mocha with almond milk and coconut only. The person read the order back to us and it was like we ordered. When we get to the window the girl confirmed the order with us and we told her yes. When we got our drink the large white chocolate mocha became to a small and we told her that it was fine. She never told us that they had added cherry in it. So when I see the label that they had added we were on the road. So I called to speak to a manager and the manager was not there it was the assistant manager. She blame us for the mistake I told her that I didn’t want a refund or a free drink I told her that her employees need to pay attention on what the customer orders. She still blamed us so I just told her to forget it and hung up on her. I m sure that once they see this she will know who I m. It’s not the first time they do a mistake in our drinks. 11•27•24 so come in on black Friday since this is or was my fav gloria jeans compare to other locations. I went out of my comfort zone and what is happening y'all, you all are being shysty with the sprinkles plus you All changed them if you see prior pics they are generously added and not like this one. I was specific to add as it should be and this is what I get. Well im not happy what has become of gloria jeans. You all counting sprinkle per sprinkle. I am dissapointed just not happy with it. You dropping the ball... they are pricey the best you can do is make presintation a bit better than rather boring.

Came again forna quick break had my coco loco and had a cookies n cream frap. Was delish as always. Took photos of the most popular and daily order drinks.

1st time here at their solo store was fantastic, staff is very friendly and my drinks were up to par thank you staff. The place was very clean and very comfortable just to sit and chat and relax, sippin my coco loco that i love. I recommend this place anytime vs. Other overrated places for this...

The last few times I've come I find pieces of chocolate chips inside my iced coffee. However, this time the chocolate chips were inside the iced teas. How can this happen? They're iced TEAS. My family and I are lactose intolerant! The chocolate chips are made of milk chocolate I believe. I’ve noticed they mix all the drinks with the same untensils which is probably how they get inside the drink. It’s 2021 and many people have allergies let alone cross contamination is very likely to happen. I ask for almond milk on my iced coffee and the last 3 times I’ve gone, I get an upset stomach shortly after. Non dairy drinks should NOT be mixed or let alone any of the drinks. This can prevent cross contamination!! Cross contamination is definitely preventable!! I hope they can work on this because I love supporting LOCAL and I enjoy their coffee but management needs better training or just no mixing at all. Also the menu says large cups are 32 oz but the cups are 28 oz and the price...
