JESUS CHRIST CHILL OUT WITH THE DAMN SALT!!!

EVERY TIME i come here, my fries are CAKED in salt. i even SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR NO SALT and i get EVEN more salt. i know it’s fast food but you’re not supposed to put a metal drum amount of salt on a batch of fries. this is totally ridiculous. every time i eat here i have to hope i don’t have a heart attack in my sleep. we spent $20 on this and had to throw literally half of it away.

to make matters worse, no one at this location speaks english - only spanish. and at night i really think only like 2 people work.

i took some pics but honestly they don’t even depict the damage. avoid this place.

here to add yet another complaint. my boyfriend went in-person to order tonight around 11PM: 4 tacos, small fries, double bacon cheeseburger combo, a large fries on the side, and stressed NO SALT ON THE FRIES. he gets home and realizes they forgot half the order (small fries, large fries) and there’s a POUND of salt on the fries. i put my pants on to go back to the location and get the rest of our food made CORRECTLY and he tells me he got no receipt. so i sent him back there. if he comes back with anything less than what he paid for, i’m escalating this higher to see about getting some new management here. this is BEYOND ridiculous. what’s so hard about FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS???? 3.9 star rating out of 1200 people is a complete joke and should tell the people in charge that something is...

I came to this location on my lunch break and the service was flat out terrible! The lady who took my order doesn’t listen when taking orders at all. I originally ordered season curly fries but before getting my total I asked her to switch to regular fries. I get to the window and my drink gets filled and sits at the window. The lady and two other young men just standing there goofing around as I wait to pay for my order. After a few minutes, someone comes to the window to take my payment and hands my drink to me. I get my order and the guy basically just shoved it in my hand saying ketchup is in the bag. I have worked fast food before and would always ask my customers if they wanted any condiments. Plus I noticed the season curly fries were in my bag. I had to waive at someone to come to the window. The lady comes and said it’s going to be a wait if you want regular fries. I asked how long cause I’m on my lunch break and I work across the street at the high school. Replied with saying thirty seconds. Which I got them in and granted she upsized the fries without asking if I wanted any condiments to go with my fries. I go to eat my food and there was a piece of hair on my order. Dine in had just started Homeless person close to door ,propped up against the building, probably just woke up ,never approached or said anything to me. Employee mopping floor in dining area ,not friendly ,unresponsive but maybe he was not a morningperson,he did show and was working, nowadays thats a plus..Associate at counter was finishing with me I believe it was the manager that proceeded to finish my order and was the one to push my order out .She was freindly and answered a few questions I had ,and answered them to my satisfaction. I read the reviews on this location before I went in, and some bad reviews. I tested out the negative reviews, not letting her know I had , I would not hesitate to return to this location . Food was hot ,fresh, and tasty as it should with fast, friendly service. I couldn't use the drive thru with my vehicle but what I heard and saw front the inside no one in the drive thru had any problems ordering and got their orders like I experienced.
