I am SEETHING right now! I submitted my order for a 12:30 PM delivery time. As I type this, it's 2:52 PM. The order tracker shows that no one has even received my order; let alone started to prepare it. Their website shows that this store is open today, until 5:00 PM. Their online ordering system took my order, sent me a confirmation and charged my banking account; but my food has not been delivered. The FAQ's instruct you to call the store to cancel an order. No one answers the phone at the store; and a message tells callers that the voice mailbox has not been set up. I sent a message to their corporate office, but they told me their stores are franchises and that my complaint would be shared with the franchisee and staff of the store. This is by far, the worst experience involving a business I have had in my life. And this store is located in one of the wealthiest...
Read moreThis location simply can't pay attention on any special instructions provided when ordering online, I provided feedback through the website specific to my order(s) and simply received a corporate generic email response telling me they would address it, and if I needed further help to talk to the store manager. So apparently no one here cares at all or the volume of complains is more than they can actually respond to. Based on probably 4 orders wrong in a row, I'm not confident a "store manager" would be helpful, nor do I really want to go thru a pointless convo with some kid that can't run a sub shop. Ownership should do better. I guess next time I order, I'll follow up with a call to the location because that should be required by customers to get an accurate delivered order. If they weren't fast, they would get zero business from me....

We had ordered twice to our location yesterday and today we are told we cannot place the same order today because it is “ out of range “.Our place of work is 1.8 miles away from the location, we cannot leave the property on our lunch break. We were going to make this an every day occurrence because we enjoy the food and the people we spoke with yesterday were very nice. 1.8 miles for a delivery is not an inconvenience to the driver and do not understand why they would want to miss out on the amount of revenue they would hav made from our location alone with the amount of staff we have with no lunch options....
