If it weren't for a special fundraising night, I doubt this review would be happening – but here we are, LOL! We decided to participate in Marco's fundraiser night, and to add to the excitement, there was a special pizza box created by the little one – having their own pizza box was quite a thrill! Our pizza adventure began with an online order, and I must say, navigating the Marco's website was a breeze. The site made it quick and easy to order, and there was something satisfying about choosing from the array of options available. Plus, Marco's deals are pretty tempting, especially since pizza can be quite pricey without coupons and discounts. Opting for our familiar choices, we went with the Hawaiian Chicken and an order of Cheesy bread, and we decided to pick up our order.
Upon arriving for pick-up, we were greeted by Skye, who was absolutely adorable! She was enthusiastic, smiling throughout the whole transaction. When I had a question she couldn't answer, she promptly sought out the manager, Garrett, for assistance. Our interaction with Skye was overall very positive.
However, upon returning home, our excitement took a hit when we realized our Hawaiian pizza was missing the most crucial ingredient – PINEAPPLE!!! GRRRRRRRR! I called back and spoke with Garrett, who apologized for the oversight and made it right by noting on our account for a complimentary addition on our next visit. I could tell he was genuinely disappointed that they didn't deliver 100% satisfaction. Still, with Skye's excellent service and Garrett's commitment to rectifying the mistake, I am still 99% satisfied with this visit! Thanks, Skye and Garrett!

Read moreCustomer service is horrible went there on 9/15/2018 at 7:49 pm. We ordered the pizza 15 minutes before we arrived and we came to pay with the order taker Jocelyn. We were talking about the free cheese stick pizza appetizer thing and asked about it she informed us it would be on the visa receipt, it wasn't. Then we kept telling her it wasn't and she finally owned up to throwing the receipt in the trash. She started looking for any old recipt with a code on it and gave it to us. We did the survey and we were still waiting on the pizza we finished the survey and showed her it on the phone and she said it would take 10 minutes. After time went on we were like wuts taking so long like they'll usually call the name on the order so you can get the pizza They never called the name and I also noticed one of the girls was talking to one of the guys while customers were upfront. After 5 more minutes of this my friend asked if the food was done and the girl went to the shelf and gave it to my friend. The pizza was delicious but not worth the wait or the poor...
Read moreThis is my family's 'Go-To' Pizza for delivery! For a main-stream pizza joint, we really enjoy Marco's Pizza! Is it the best pizza I've ever had? No, but they sure are good! They have a great variety of toppings, some good specials, and deliver to our house - even though we are 'technically' outside of their delivery area. They've never told me "No."
A couple of weeks ago, we ordered pizza from them and it just wasn't as fresh and the toppings seemed light compared to our usual. I called in to let them know of my disappointment, just hoping they would take note and not let it happen again. The manager, however, offered to re-deliver the pizza (too late for that), or to give us the next one on the house. They replaced our order the next time, and when I tried to pay for an add-on item, he threw that in as well!
As others have said, they do have great customer service, and usually get the orders right. They have earned my continued...
