(Nov 27, 2024) This is Literally The WORST McDonald's on the planet. Still absolute garbage. There is no convenience or proper service here, ever. On the busiest day of the year for takeout and fast food, this place has no curbside available and only has one of the two lanes open. There is a line all the way around the building and flowing into 1960. Then we get to the menu to order and we're told they're only serving doordash. Do Better! When will someone in charge start to care about this location? What the hell...!?!?

If I could give this location of star rating lower than one, I definitely would.
(Nov. 4th 2020, 14:45pm) Went inside with a friend to have a meal. We got our food and then we were asked to leave the dining room. They have a few sections of the dining room blocked off by trash cans, but the information provided by Google for this location says the dining room is open for service. Right after stepping out the door, we looked back into the window and saw a man sitting at a table eating food. First of all, why does it say you are open for dining and then we get kicked out? Secondly, why did I get kicked out when someone else is allowed to sit down and eat their meal at a table?
Update (Sept. 9, 3:10 am) I really don't know why this place has such a high customer average rating. 8 out of 10 times I come through the drive-thru, the service is trash and the food is trash. Tonight, the wait wasn't long, which is a fresh change, but they got my order wrong, which is no surprise.
(3-28) I sat in the drive-thru for 27 minutes and it's not even prime-time. The customer service was terrible. The girl who took my order was very rude and made me feel like my order was a burden to her. I ordered one thing. ONE! Read moreFirst off, I want to state that the young lady who assisted me was very nice. I upgraded a Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese meal to a large and was upcharged $2.30. I thought that was excessive and downgraded to a medium and was refunded the difference. I had a lemonade, which isn't listed on the menu, but as I saw later was a $1.10 upcharge for a large. I asked a gentleman with dreds for a refill, and he stated that he doesn't think they do refills on Lemonade, but he will check. He never came back. I asked the young lady who originally assisted me and she said yes, but then I could hear someone talking to her behind the counter. I forgot to mention that the refill machines are covered up, and that you had to ask the employees for one. She came back and stated that she could not, and I asked to speak with the manager. The manager stated that Lemonade is a premium drink, and that they do not refill Frappe's, etc. I asked "How is a customer supposed to know this if it isn't even on the menu? People will assume it's a fountain drink.". I asked if I may have a Powerade at least, and was initially told no. She then stated she will this one time, and about 5 minutes later brought me a regular sized Powerade. Read moreWorst McDonald's ever. One thing that I usually like about McDonald's is that they are usually very consistent. Most are very well run and give their customers great service. This particular store was very good in the past. However, the last two times my wife and I visited this store we were given horrible service and subpar food. We had decided that we were not going back after the last time we were there since my wife's sandwich was wrong three times in a row and we eventually left without her getting to eat. I do not understand what is so hard about a simple Crispy McChicken sandwich. Today we decided to give them another chance. We placed our order and the cashier walked away. We had to ask another employee for our cups. No big deal but we shouldn't have to ask for them. We then waited for our food. After 25 minutes we asked the manager where our order was. The manager apologized and said that they made a mistake on my wife's Big Mac and had to make a new one. A couple minutes later they brought out the Big Mac. We informed them that we still had not received anything else from our order. They went back and gave us our order along with an extra small fry for our trouble.
