It’s the worst MC Donald store that I ever seen. I ordered two Bacon Cajun Mc chicken for my 6 and 5 years old daughters on 5/12 at this store. But on our way home we found that they gave us 2 spicy chicken. My home is far away so I just call them. And one of their manager called Adan is so nice and professional he felt apologized and promised I could come back at any time to get the same things that I ordered for free. So today we come back and I show the receipt to all the windows servers to explain what happened to me. The first two servers are very nice but till the last old lady I don’t know her name she told me she doesn’t know who Adan is. She thought I come here just ask for free food by using some excuse. I spelt Adan’s name for twice and she and another manager named Asif responded me badly said they don’t know who Adan is. But the first two drive through servers know who I’m telling. And the old lady just told me to wait and took my receipt away. I parked my car at reservation parking 1 for 10 minutes all the car behind me got their food except me. Nobody came out to tell me what happened and how long I need to wait cus I have 3 kids in the car. So I entered into the store to see what happened. I came in and talked to Asif to ask when my order will be ready he just use ignoring attitude said they are doing right now. But many walked in people got their food. I spent 30 minutes to stay there and the old lady ask the cashier girl gave me a bag said that is mine without anything. I checked the bag found they missing one Bacon Cajun burger and didn’t gave me the drink too. I said they missed something. But the old lady said that’s what I ordered. She didn’t even see the receipt to see what I ordered!!! I spent 40 minutes to get my order but they made mistake again and treat me so badly. I just wondered how could you hire these kind of bad guys with bad tempers to serve us!!!! I’m a loyal Mc consumer for so many years this store is the worse one ever!!!they didn’t show respect and professional ways to consumers!!! The guy called Asif said he was helping me to solve my problem. But I want to say how did you solve it? Did you tell me anything when you know your staff gave me wrong things for twice? It didn't seem to be a cause for concern until 30+ minutes later. I, and others, inquired about our orders over and over. Even the UberEats orders were seemingly overlooked. Drive-thru seemed to have been the priority. Michelle, the upfront cashier, was running orders to the lobby, the curb, taking orders at the counter, and trying to answer everyone's concerns with a kind, "they're working on it. I'm sorry." My Caramel Frappe was made as a Mocha Frappe. It took me a 10 minutes to get them to understand that the sticker stated what I ordered but that was not what was in the cup. Myself and others could clearly see it. Anyway, while talking with another customer and explaining that my Spanish was not fluent, she offered to speak for me to a manager. Even then, there sounded as if there was a language barrier. As she was telling the manager that I just wanted a refund, the manager popped out with my drink. Happy and disappointed, I took my drink and left. Read moreHad bad experience at this Location. Manager Theresa was Rude. They didn't give me my Change back from a $20. 00 dollars when my bill was $14.92. I expressed my concerns to the Manager who told me to pull forward. I waited for my change. I continued to wait, NOTHING! They told me to pull forward and they would bring it out, NOTHING after waiting 15 minutes! I went in they IGNORED me and Laughed at me when I asked to speak with the Manager Theresa, who it just so happened to look right at me and IGNORED ME! My whole experience with this location was from the beginning wrong when the fellow at the First window stuck his hand out and motioned me forward, I was already in motion to pull forward! We were told they would give me my Change twice, they did not and LIED to us! Every time we've ever gone there the order is WRONG! And when getting home have to call and go back to correct the order! the people are RUDE don't care as it's a busy place! No Problem! I will NEVER Spend a Cent at ANY McDonald's, EVER!! McDonald's may say this is a Franchise, but they have a Fiduciary responsibility to the public. It's not the Franchisee who's name is on the Golden Arches it's McDonald's! This goes AGAINST McDonald's as a Chain not the Franchise owner, except from Corporate!
