McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

So today I went to get my usual breakfast large coffee and steak bagel like every other day. The shift manager Mario Sanchez the lady wearing a red shirt was behind the cash register. She gave me the coffee with the lid open. The coffee fell from my hand due to lid not being properly closed. I burned my leg and my hand. I went back to her shivering in pain asking her for a paper towel since this was her mistake. She easily turned her head and started pouring a small coffee for another man behind me!!!! I told her I just burned my hand can u please give me a towel? She stated “ well not my fault i gave you the coffee you dropped it “ this is the manager in charge. I asked her for the general manager or the owner phone number. She just printed a random receipt saying just call the number on the receipt. I was walking out confirming her name and the same lady quoted: I have 2 different last name. Make sure you say both of them...” she was laughing when I was walking out... if the owners or management really care about their customers they hire and train right people. I don't know how many people leave reviews for McDonalds... hey, it is decent food on the cheap. I travel all over the Greater Houston Area daily and eat at Mickey D's two or three times a week. This location is the WORST. Most locations I order on the app as I pull in, hit the restroom, and then my food is ready. This location? I regularly wait 10 minutes or more. I know that is a first world complaint, but when other locations have "fast food" figured out, it is frustrating to stand around when I am on a tight schedule. And, for those that order inside, I regularly see a line stack up with NO ONE at the counter to take orders while I am waiting to pick up my mobile order placed 10-15 minutes before. Very poor management here compared to other McD's locations around town. I have sworn of this location for now. There is a Whataburger across the street and if am going to wait 15 minutes for an order, I would rather eat there since that is expected at Wait...

Well ain’t that somethin’! I reckon I rolled up to McDonald’s just wantin’ to treat myself to a simple lil’ meal—you know, nuggets and a cheeseburger with all the fixin’s. What I got though? Bless their hearts, they must’ve been feelin’ real creative in that kitchen today.

First off, them nuggets? I ordered a full count and got a “diet” version apparently. Maybe they thought I was watchin’ my heart health. Appreciate y’all lookin’ out, but if I paid for 6, I’d like to chew on more than 4, thank ya kindly.

Now, let’s talk about that burger. I was promised cheese and lettuce, but what I got was a sad lil’ meat puck sittin’ in bread, just lookin’ lost and confused. No cheese, no lettuce—just meat and air. I guess we’re doin’ minimalist cuisine now, huh? Real avant-garde.

So hats off to y’all at this location. You’ve redefined the art of “surprise dining.” Next time I want mystery with my meal, I’ll be sure...
