Subway — Restaurant in Jersey Village

5/31/2021 8:19pm walked in to order and employee there was extremely un attentive- didn’t even greed us or acknowledged us that we said hi - apparently we interrupted her from doing whatever she was doing which at the time there weren’t any customers! As we proceeded to tell her what we wanted in our sandwiches she slammed the lids and slammed the ingredients on to the sandwich - as I was seeing her awful behavior and poor customer service I decided to leave and not purchase anything ! As a customer I decided that I have plenty of choices and I chose to come to the subway on 17131 Fm 529 and the employee there was awesomeness his name is ADAN !! Adan thanks for being awesome and giving us great Customer...

Estrella is amazing!!! I've been ordering from Subway Copperfield for years and years. With no offense to subway or any of their employees, I'll admit there have been some ups and downs with the quality, consistency, or service of Subway Copperfield. At some point a long time ago it got so bad that I stopped ordering from this location all together. In the last so many weeks to maybe a few months it seems like everything has been turned around completely. Ever since Estrella started working there I enjoy my subway once or maybe even twice a week. She is consistent and friendly always! I wanted to make sure she got the credit she deserves, and I say thank you to Estrella and the rest of the team at Subway...

We usually like going to Subway and all have been great up until today. We have NEVER been disrespected as we were today. The person attending us was obviously in a bad mood and surely did not want to be at work today. And it wasn’t just us; another customer had a wrong order and she was given an attitude when she came complained. Ray, the guy making out sandwiches was not paying attention and ended up getting into an argument with my wife who told him what we needed several times, and then he even went as far as lecturing my wife on how she should order her food. This was completely ridiculous.. if you can avoid this store...
