Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Texas

This has to be the WORST Pizza Hut in operation. They were bombarded with the $2 Tuesday special and did not have the staff to accommodate the orders. They were giving out the wrong pizzas 🍕 hoping customers wouldn’t notice. I literally sat in the parking lot waiting for over 30 minutes for 4 personal pan pizzas only to get 4 cold personal pan pizzas that had clearly been baked long before my order was placed. The fact that the GM - Sam was not present to oversee the operation and left her Asst. Mgr TJ to deal with the high volume of orders, who clearly was not prepared and the staff didn’t make issues being raised any better. TJ had no sense of urgency and a huge lack of concern when it comes to customer service… but that’s understandable seeings her GM lacks Customer service so that would explain the quality of employees in this store. When I asked for a refund I was immediately told they don’t do refunds - and pointed to the 800 number taped to the wall. I asked to speak to a manager only to be greeted with “WE DON’T DO REFUNDS” and my response was excuse me… she RUDELY REPEATED HERSELF AND AGAIN SAID “WE DON’T DO REFUNDS!!!” And I told her not only did I wait in excess of almost an hour only to get the wrong ice cold order. Sam then told me to exit her store! Which I must add displays beyond the absolute worst level of Customer Service. Sam clearly isn’t concerned with the number of complaints “HER STORE” has received but it’s clear that she’s 80% of the problem. The general manager is very rude. Very disrespectful. I went in there on yesterday after my son came out very upset, stating that the lady had a bad attitude. She was cursing, didn’t want to say that she was a manager. My child was asking for a manager she kept telling my child why? Why do you wanna manager why why why do you want to manager so eventually one of my kids left out and came and told me the lady at the register has a very bad attitude I’m not going back in there so I went in and I asked her I said hey what’s the problem? She started cursing, disrespecting my kids and then that’s when I let loose and I let her had it. She’s supposed to be the general manager. This has been the most unprofessional Pizza Hut I have ever been in. We ordered 3 large two topping pizza’s using Pizza Huts $5.99 pick-up special this evening. When I got to the Atascocita location I found that not only was the location not managed well enough to have enough mushrooms to handle a Sunday evening rush but they actually made each pizza without the toppings that were ordered and expected me to still except the pizzas . This was not just my experience but there were also 7 other patrons experiencing the same thing at 7:15 in the evening. The actually disappointment is that after waiting 20 minutes for the manager to come out front and tell everyone that there orders could not be completed i now have to go somewhere else to get my family dinner.
