To be honest, I didn't even get a chance to try the food. Before leaving home, I checked the wait time app, we were a party of 2 and it said there was no wait time. We lived about 12 minutes away. When we arrived and checked in they told us there was a 35 to 45 minute wait. We put ourselves on the wait list online and went to some shops around the area for about 35 minutes and returned. We checked in again and were told that we were number two in line and it would be just a few minutes. Why do people go to brunch with friends and family? Probably to enjoy conversations and enjoy each other's company and delicious food. As I waited to be seated I looked at the menu and was looking forward to trying several delicious sounding meals. After selecting what I was going to order, I started observing people that were sitting at the tables eating as well as people standing around waiting. The music was so loud! When I say the music was loud it was dance club loud! They actually have a DJ sitting in the corner! People were trying to have conversations and enjoy each other's company but they were having to shout across the table at each other just to be heard. I saw several people holding their head in hand, probably just wanting the music to stop. Then there were servers dancing around the room with hats and glasses and windmills handing out $5 shots. I was confused. Was this a nightclub or brunch spot? The deafening music had changed to a chant played over the speakers of shots, shots shots with a DJ chiming in for effect. I have been wanting to try this place for a while now. Now I was wondering why I was standing here in line. I approached a check-in counter as I had noticed that several tables had cleared up on the inside of the restaurant, I could not see the patio area. I did observe people walking away from the patio area to the parking lot. So I'm fairly certain some tables were free out there as well. Remember when I checked in I was number two in line. We had already waited 35 minutes at check-in and now we are approaching 20 minutes after the second check-in. After a few more minutes a man came in and said he was on the wait list for a party of eight and he was checking in. He was immediately seated, yes he was on the wait list and had just walked in. And was seated in less than a minute! The other half of my party had said okay. This is enough we've been waiting an hour total. When I inquired to our spot in line we were still number two. I informed them that we would no longer be waiting and to remove us from the list. They were unapologetic and unconcerned. I had pointed out that there are several empty tables that they could have seeded us at and chose not to. Again, they were unconcerned. I like to eat good food and taste different styles of cooking, however, between the noise of the music and DJ and the excessive wait time even with a pre-check-in wait list, Hash Kitchen will not be on my list. Yes having music is fun but people want to enjoy the people they are with at brunch! Having the shout across the table to be heard at a ridiculous volume. It's not conducive to a fun with friends environment. This is why we have clubs! HK really needs to decide if you're going to be a dance club or a restaurant! It's really a shame I never got to try the food I've seen plenty of items I was interested in trying. If you can't even have a decent conversation at the table without screaming, what's the purpose of brunch with friends? Restaurants about turning tables and getting the guests served quickly! A nightclub is about keeping patrons there as long as possible. I don't see blending the two business models together. It's conducive to good business. Maybe I was just there on a day where the music was louder and it needed to be and this is not the norm. I'm not exaggerating about the music. It was nightclub loud! Just turning down the music in half would probably help create a better atmosphere. I asked the owners & management to watch your customers eating, are they yelling across the table?

If you're looking for a brunch spot that’s equal parts day party, foodie heaven, and mixology lab, Hash Kitchen in League City delivers on all fronts. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this wasn’t your average eggs-and-bacon joint. The vibe is electric and club-like, complete with energetic music, a crowd that’s clearly ready to have a good time, and servers weaving through the action with trays of shots and mocktails. We sat outside…yes, in 100-degree heat, but surprisingly, with fans and shade, it felt more like 88. Comfortable enough to kick back and enjoy the party. Our server was a super friendly guy, upbeat and attentive despite how busy the place was. He made great recommendations and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which always adds to the experience. Now, let’s talk food and drinks because Hash Kitchen shines here too. First up, the BYO Bloody Mary Bar is no joke. It's massive. I opted for mocktails this time, their non-alcoholic options were fantastic … balanced, fresh, and Instagram worthy. We started with the Billionaire’s Bacon, and it might be the best bacon I’ve ever had 10/10. Thick, glazed, perfectly crisp, and sweet with just a kiss of heat. It's a must-order, no question. For entrees: I had the Birria Hash, which was solid 7/10. Flavorful, generous portion, and satisfying, but I wished for a bit more kick or crisp on the potatoes. My husband got the Birria Tamale, and it was a hit 9/10. Rich, tender, with perfect masa-to-meat ratio. Definitely worth trying if you’re craving something hearty. My cousin ordered the Chorizo Nachos, and I was floored. I don’t even like chorizo, and yet this dish was a showstopper 11/10. The spice was deep and smoky, and the heat kept building in the best way. Addictive. Between the DJ-style energy, the creative menu, and the playful brunch crowd, Hash Kitchen is an experience, not just a meal. Whether you’re looking for a brunch with friends, celebrating something, or just want to feel like it’s the weekend on a Wednesday, this is your spot. Final verdict: Come for the vibes, stay for the food. Don’t skip the Billionaire Bacon, and definitely be brave and order those chorizo nachos even if chorizo isn’t your thing. You’ll thank me later.

Just left Hash Kitchen and WOW brunch dreams really do come true here! We kicked things off with the Biscuit and Gravy, and it did not disappoint. The biscuit was buttery, flaky, and smothered in a rich, flavorful sausage gravy that had just the right amount of kick. Southern comfort food at its best. Next up: the Bananas Foster French Toast and let me tell you, this dish is not playing around. Thick brioche soaked just right, topped with caramelized bananas, a drizzle of rich sauce, and that perfect sweet finish. It’s like dessert for breakfast and I’m not mad about it. Daughter had the French Toast Sticks, and they were a straight-up party on a plate. Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, with just the right amount of cinnamon-sugar magic. The vibe? Lively and fun, with music, energy, and Insta-worthy everything. Hash Kitchen knows how to do brunch right. Already planning my next visit!

We went on Monday after easter weekend as we spend it on Galveston. Coming back we were looking for a place where my daughter can have a good breakfast and we chose here. Let me tell you the space is awesome decorations and everyone active different kind of drinks from the bar. Our food was delicious, outstanding I’m even my potatoes were burned…the fact that the staff reaction was the right one was super big. I realized the potatoes were burned and a server showed and request if she can fixed as they will do it again. I didn’t want to wait more so I keep it, they apologized and keep doing their best.

I believe the server was Hayden or some name similar. I asked if this server was the manager and they say just another server. But NO is not just another server it’s a real server and deserves a promotion for going above and beyond our needs and total satisfaction.

We live at Katy and even we have tons of places the flavor and service here was outstanding. We really want one location here, please take note and we don’t agree for something less than this place.

Thank you for your food and for the fact that you make our experience the best. Even we are far away we will be back…we are looking for an excuse to come...
