Very very poor service ... Worst experience ever, I went through the drive-thru and ordered the 25 count chicken fingers and fries, I was told to park up front and told that they would bring the food to me, after waiting for more than 15 minutes for my food,I see a canes’ employee walking towards my car and he was getting ready to hand me the food and I asked if that was my order since I saw that he was trying to hand me a small bag and then he realized that he was going give me another customers order, I asked him if he knew when my order will be ready since I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes now and his reply was “it’s getting ready” and I mention again that it’s been over 15 minutes and he gave me an attitude and said “I don’t know” then walked off, I waited another 5 minutes to see if they would bring my order and nothing, I went inside the restaurant, I was expecting for the restaurant to be busy but there were only like 3 or 4 customers Anyways, the point is that they were not busy and once I went in to ask about my food. The guy that had been rude to me was there standing by the register and another employee was ringing up a order and the rude guy was just standing there I know he saw me walked in but refused to acknowledge me and I stood there for like 3 minutes and they still did not ask if I needed help, I asked to speak with a supervisor and he came from behind the kitchen and I explained and complained to him and he did not seem to care, he went back to the kitchen and ask regarding my order, turns out that they had given my order to another person, I demanded a refund and told him about what bad customer service I was provided,he told the employees in front of me that they had made a mistake by giving the food to the wrong person and that now he had to refund $44.00 (meaning that they were losing money) he did not care about customer satisfaction, all he said to me was “I would be mad too, sorry about that” as a former fast food restaurant employee and manager I can tell you that this type of service is...
Read moreLast night, after a long and exhausting day in the ER, I decided to swing through the drive-thru for a quick dinner. When I reached the window, I was greeted by Julia, who was a shining beacon of positivity during my not-so-great day. As I handed her my card, she took a moment to ask how my day had been. Unfortunately, I was caught off guard by a sudden coughing fit and could barely muster a response, only managing to say, “not good, just got out of the ER.” Without missing a beat, Julia handed my card back to me with the most genuine smile and said, “This is on me. Get better and have a good rest of your night!” In an age where kindness can sometimes feel like a rarity, Julia's thoughtful gesture truly made my day. Her compassion and understanding were exactly what I needed after a tough day. Thank you, Julia, for your amazing spirit and generosity! You not only provided me with a meal but also reminded me of the kindness that exists in the world, I hope your kindness is...
Read moreSome of the people that work there were very rude. I waited at the counter after getting my meal with no canes sauce. I was told it was 38 cents. I understood and went and got the money and came back. I waited at the counter for a while with many of the workers just staring at me. One girl in particular totally ignored me when I tried to ask her and avoided eye contact. I finally had someone help me and grab me the sauce. Later, the same girl that avoided eye contact with me was yelling for an order. Not even one second after yelling for the order you could tell she was frustrated and another girl yelled the order louder for her. Again, a few seconds apart, she kept yelling and yelling for this girl to get her food. I understand that the girl wasn't coming to get her food but patience goes a long way. She should have just called a couple times and then walked around politely asking if it was their food. I don't know the food was good but the service...
