If there was a rating for ZERO I would give that. I had the most horrible experience at this location tonight with a manager named "Christy". She came to the window yelling that they couldn't hear me in the drive-thru, as if that was my fault... Then she started pointing fingers at me as if she were giving me orders. When I barked back at her, she then became the "victim" and I became the belligerent black woman that she wanted to call the cops on. She threw my credit card at me, it hit me in the face and fell into my lap and I then called police for the assault. It's amazing how quick white people are to call black people aggressive and belligerent when they escalated the situation in the first place. Needless to say, I'm waiting on a return contact from her corporate office and we'll see how far her "manager powers" go from there. I guess she wanted to show off in front of her...

Was a large order in front of me so I had to wait a bit (that wasn’t the issue) but I guess in effort to move things along a little quicker, they fried all the items for slightly less time than usual. Had soft fries, lukewarm non-crispy chicken tenders, and my Texas toast must’ve been on the flat top for 3 seconds max because there wasn’t a bit of browning or crunch whatsoever. Maybe was just an off day for the crew at this location.
After reaching out to the customer relations team I am adding a star because they did rectify the situation, but hopefully this doesn’t happen again.
Re-edit: removing the star because 2 years later I realized they never sent me the gift card I was promised....
Read moreBy far the worst location ever. I went to pick up a $100 order and when I arrived I told the young lady at the front that I had a order to pick up under a specific name. She looked at me confused l, and I started to explain what we ordered, she started talking to the cooks in the back saying the order by the specific name that I gave her in the beginning. Anyway, drive out and order is all wrong. Call back and speak to Brittany the "manager", and they remake the order. I go back to pick it up and after I repay... Brittany the manager had the nerve to say that they did not mess up the order. No apologies. No compassion. Flat out rude!!!! Zero stars for this location. First and last time. Thank you canes...
