Worst location I've ever visited. The staff at this location is unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and ignorant. I really enjoy schlotzsky's and this location was my regular spot. However, I will never go back. I went to this location, it was approximately 30 minutes until close. I was going tbrought the drive through. I knew what I wanted to order but wanted to look briefly at the menu because my friend that was with me hadn't ever eaten there. Well, first when we pulled into the drive thru all of the lights on the menu were out. We were greeted on the intercom by the most disengaged staff. Flat voice, no enthusiasm, and acted like it was a great inconvenience to turn the menu lights on so I may place my order. I continued to attempt dialogue with the kid on the other side of the intercom but I decided not to continue with my order because he has such disdain and disinterest in serving me. I left the drive thru, pulled to the front and went inside. I asked for the person who I spoke with on the intercom, his name was Max. I then asked for his manager, who happen to be standing there next to him. I don't remember her name, but I want to say it was Ruby or something like that. I proceed to express my frustration with situation. Max just had a smerk on his face and could careless that I was his customer and upset. His maanger made no effort to attend to my concerns. I advised that i would never return to the location, only to get a response for the manager of "okay." Are you kidding me? Am I putting you out tha much to take my order for which you are paid to do? I can understand perhaps it was because I had come close to closing time; however, that should not have been an issue because the closing time was 9pm.... not 8:30pm, not 8:50, but 9 pm. I work in a field where customer service is key, if I ever treated a customer is this manner whether they were wrong or not, you can be assured there would be coaching and potentially something to go into my file. I will never return to this location again. It is so sad that these are the type of people and are fighting to be paid a higher wage but can't provide even basic...
Read moreGreat food, always. Any mistakes in any of my orders have always been handled to my satisfaction.
Went in for a meal today. The older Hispanic ladies working the back are always fantastic. They are the sandwich prep and sandwich makers on both ends of the oven.
The two Hispanic ladies at the front of the house… One of them is a little bit bigger than the other, and she is a young, but seasoned worker. She is always so nice, and she does a fantastic job.
The other, a very young and hot Hispanic lady working the drive-thru today, was rude beyond belief. Customer service isn’t in her blood. Maybe it was just a bad day for her.
So rare to even see a Schlotzky’s franchise now. Please don’t let this one go down because of...
Read moreI eat here with my Dad about once a week, we always enjoy the good sandwiches but have come to realize that you really must check your ticket..about half of our visits we find we were charged wrong or what we got was not what we ordered..they seem nice enough but either do not hear well or do not understand English very well..be sure to look at your receipt when you pay. Also, be aware that when you order the Duo meal, which is half a sandwich and half of a salad or soup, some of the items on the menu have a strike by them..they will charge you $1 extra on each of those choices...and believe me, this place is already pretty pricey...so pay attention or you'll end up spending more here than you would at...
