For the last several visits, the Angel Food flavored smoothies we have purchased at the Katy Ranch Crossing location at Katy/Ft. Bend and I-10 have been very watered down tasting, but we decided to give it another shot on the evening of 11/14/20 around 7pm. We went through the drive-thru and asked them to please be sure it was not watered down. They were made very good and tasted delicious! However my problem is this. As we pulled away from the window, I realized they had not given us our receipt, so my husband pulled around to the front of the store and I ran in to quickly to grab it.
Upon entering the establishment, there were 3 young ladies working. One blonde and two brunettes. The blonde was at the front counter on the first blender when I walked in. She looked my way, but kept doing her thing, without any acknowledgement of my presence. Of the two brunettes, one had her back to me at the back of the store, so she did not come in to the equation, but the other brunette, further down the counter on the second blender, you could tell was purposely not looking my way, but yet I could tell she knew I was there, just as the blonde did. The blonde at the front, running the first blender, completely ignored me, even as I said "Excuse me ma'am", not once, or twice, but only on the 3rd attempt in which I raised my voice. Still, she said nothing. So in my raised, but not ugly voice, I asked "may I have my receipt?" The blonde turned away and went over to the cash register at the drive-thru, completely ignoring me still and the brunette on the second blender, walked over to the trash behind the blonde at the register, pulled it out, slapped it on the counter and said nothing before turning around and walking away.
This was VERY RUDE and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do not know what their problem was, but it was unacceptable. In today's volatile economy, can any workplace really afford this type of attitude from any employee? A simple acknowledgement of "I'll be right with you would have gone a long way". Read moreI don’t usually stop at this location as it is not in my area but was craving a bowl. Upon entering this location I first noticed the stickiness of the floors and countertops which seemed as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I decided to look past it because I love their smoothie bowls and was planning on having one for lunch. As I was placing my order for my daughter’s Lil Angel I then proceeded to order my regular PB Swizzle the young gentleman informed me that they were out of spoons. I was shocked as to how they were out of spoons and just could not understand how the manager hadn’t placed an order. As I continued talking to the crew member I asked when they would have spoons and they continued to state they didn’t know since the manager was out. I then proceeded to ask about the assistant manager or shift leader. They stated the assistant manager was also out and there was no shift leader. In my complete disappointment I went ahead and ordered a Mango Kale smoothie as I was waiting to be rung up I then changed my mind about ordering and decided to cancel. Something just didn’t feel right, I didn’t feel like the amount of money I was going to pay was going to be worth the product I received. After I had decided to cancel my order the young lady standing behind the register counting money decided to speak up and say that she was the manager. I proceeded to ask her why she didn’t step in when I asked about a shift leader, and stated the manager was out due to family issues.
Unfortunately this location does not seem to be ran very well and the owner needs to step in quick before this location ends up not making it.
I do want to state however that all the crew members that I encountered today were very sweet and tried to do the best they could with what they have been...
Read moreJust left this store 20 minutes ago, horrible service. I always come to this location, but today was just poor service. Placed an order for a smoothie bowl & the young lady at the drive thru was passively agressive/rude. She kept replying “anything else anything else” once we finished the order we pulled around and it was only two cars in front of me. The line began to get backed up because no one came to the window to take the payments or give out orders! Crazy😭 The customer in front of me was so upset they almost backed into my car trying to leave the line. The lady behind me got out of her car and walked in the store to see what was going on. She returned and said that the workers were literally just chillin inside and not working due to being understaffed. Everyone in the drive thru eventually left the line after finding out the workers were not preparing anything. One guy said he had to go inside to get his food, so basically they didn’t even attempt to tend to the drive thru orders, what was the point of taking the orders if you’re not going to actually do the order.
