Spring Taco House — Restaurant in Texas

It used to be great but they have all new ladies cooking and it's gross. I live far and would drive 40 minutes for these tacos...now the egg is bland ZERO flavor...the brisket is SO WATERY the ladies don't even take an extra second to drain the liquid before plopping it on the not-cooked-all-the-way flour tortilla. They act like their in this huge rush to get you your taco...and then it's no better than a breakfast burrito from McDonald's. The same way they're rushing to make your taco is probably the same way they actually cook the taco because that's how it tastes...rushed and with no love. The owner stands right there by the napkins but then makes you reach for them when he could easily hand them to you but it's like that's too much for him to do...but he can literally stand there and flirt with the ladies that work there..while I'm standing there waiting to pay...but I need to wait before one of the ladies removes her hand from his arm and they finish their lovely conversation....I'll get my tacos somewhere else...

Michelle Lee this is for you ..You have no right to talk about this place like you did, You have never even been in that establishment. Every word you wrote is a lie people that go there know that you are lying. The place is always clean and there is not 1 insect in that place! Food is GREAT and the people are friendly. Me and my family go there every weekend and I always stop by every other morning. So please just because you where rude on the phone with the person that was taking your order has no right for you to write a bad review on them, They don't need your business they have plenty of loyal customers...

This has always been an exceptional place of business the food is fresh, handmade, and every order is accommodated and prepared with the most upright hospitality. In all areas that matters this resturaunt is a 5 star establishment you will always get the few out of many that will are looking for a loophole to voice a negative opinion in this working economy. Spring taco house is not only authentic but the people are genuine and friendly everyday and happy to make sure you recieve the very best customer satisfaction. Keep up...
