If I could score this place a negative amount of stars i would. Ok the food has been consistently good. BUT, there was more than one time that I waited in their drive thru line for longer than I thought was ok. Nonetheless the guy gave me 2 free taco coupons and I didn't pay it any mind. I didn't even ask for the coupons or complained, they simply have them to me as an apology. So I didn't expect the next thing to happen, which was being stuck in their line, and I do mean STUCK, for literally an hour. And I was given one free taco coupon to make up for it. I will never go there again. There is a curb that makes it impossible to leave there too. I cannot believe it took longer in that line than it does to go order and get food at a sit down eatery. Unbelievable. Never again. I was AN HOUR late to where I was going and very unhappy. I saw other ppl stuck in the line that only ordered a drink and had to wait stuck in the line as well. I felt bad for everyone...

When I went this night around 9 I tried to buy 12 pack Cinnabons, when I got them I bit into one of them and it was frozen in the middle, Iām sorry but thereās a reason why I get the Cinnabons. So when I pulled around the drive thru again I asked if I can get them remade or just throw them in there for a few minutes because itās just a small mistake every one makes, I think itās the manager says ā weāll we just got them out of the greaser?ā I donāt know but I donāt think thatās very unprofessional for a manager to say that and he proceeds to tell me they can make another batch. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered food at the drive thru , The girl gave me 4 large drinks in a broken cupholder which ended up spilling all over me and my truck. Then she started laughing about what had happened along with another co-worker. I demanded my money back , which was obviously almost too much for the mgr to handle since it took almost 10 minutes. I will be sending them the dry cleaning bill and the bill for my truck detailing since i had it done 2 hours prior. Nothing like pepsi all over my door floorboard and suit to brighten my day !!! Accidents happen , but to laugh about it was enough for me to take this to the next level. Employees are most definitely a reflection of management at this taco bell location!!! Recommendations : Wear a raincoat and scotchguard for the auto upholstery. Probably just be easier to choose a better resturant where the employees use common sense and the manager can...
