I go out of my way to visit this Taco Bell, even though there's a Taco Bell within walking distance from my house. Daisi is a kind, thoughtful, and professional team member. Daisi is also a problem solver. On one occasion, I had misplaced my card and did not have the phone app set up for the card. We were able to come up with a solution together that I was able to action and remedy the issue with. The food at this location is also consistently tasty. At other locations within the 77095 and 77084 zip codes, often the shells taste stale, food has a soggy texture, ingredients are missing in stock (although we are charged full price), the oil used in cooking does not taste fresh (used too many times without replacement-for things like the Mexican Pizza layers) etc. Because things are typically rushed and the price point is on the lower side, we typically don't speak up and move on. To this date, I have not run into any of these situations at this HWY 6 and Keith Harrow location. I once visited the inside of the restaurant and everyone seemed to help the customer or genuinely sought to find someone to help customers. I also had the opportunity to meet John who seemed to be a working General Manager who physically worked with his team in the back to help customers. This seems to help things run smoothly.. Overall and to this date, I am grateful to have this Taco Bell within a 15 minute distance from the house and I will continue to go out of my way to visit this location for as long as service and food remain at the same...

July 14th at 10:45am, I picked up my mobile order, and the younger lady at the drive thru / register stood there on her phone, seemingly hiding behind the wall. I was there for about 30 seconds until I noticed her and asked, "Hello?" I only saw one other girl, but she was in the kitchen, so she couldve been preparing orders. No one was currently in the lobby, other than myself, or the drive thru. I had to get her attention because my drinks were at the mobile order stand but not the food. I thanked her, but I was given silent treatment as she went right back to the drive thru window area. I try to be positive even when others aren't, but working in customer service myself, that whole interaction was disrespectful. My last trip there I went inside, placed my order on the kiosk in the dinning room and went to pay with the gift card I had, after some time it timed out and wouldn't pay for my Lunch. The gentleman behind the counter say me struggling took it upon his self to run the card with the same result. Next we tried to send it to another a regular register and no luck. The employee then went to several other registers and kept trying. After a great effort he brought the card to me with my bag of tacos and said it won't run but here is your order. Knowing the $10 card was indeed good which the gentleman never questioned me on, I gave it to him and told him stick it in the till and run it later that I knew it was good. He agreed I left and had lunch. I've had several other good experiences at this Taco Bell in the drive thru over the last 3-4 years.
