Is it legal to charge customers a "NO CASH" fee because they choose to not pay with cash? Is it legal to charge a "NO CASH" fee without telling the customer?
I see why people say business is cut throat. Or is it the businesses/owners that make it cut throat? Normally, customers would get a discount for using cash so that the fee to use the credit cards is not applied to the owner which would cost the owner $$$. Now, you just make the customers pay for your business fees. Sickening. I originally was going to pay with cash, lady rang up my order, then when I changed my mind and decided to pay with cc, she quickly added another charge that I barely saw but got a glimpse of something like no cash fee and I believe it was like $0.80. I acted like I saw nothing and nothing happened and paid for my order including the no cash fee. I'll gladly eat that no cash fee. $0.80 is a cheap price to pay to find out who people really are...gl in life and shame on u. I hope that fee is worth losing...

The donuts are just as amazing as the customer service. This is definitely our new go to...
Read moreThe service was excellent, as were the donuts. The employee who served us was incredibly generous and we ended up having double the donuts when we had shared that we were new in town. A very welcoming and very friendly place. They also seem to know their customers well which is always a good sign. I plan on returning often! The donuts were incredibly delicious as well and eclairs are filled before your eyes! Very wonderful place; I recommend coming here for excellent donuts...
