No dine-in option for over 3 years now. Most of the lights were turned off at 7:30 pm, so it was difficult to determine if it was still open. Gentleman at the window was patient, polite, and got our large order exactly right. There was a young woman employee, petite, dark hair, with a headset on, who was screaming, repeatedly cursing (F-bomb central), and saying very rude and demeaning things to the cook staff. She was so loud and obnoxious we could hear her plain as day with the drive-thru window shut. This type of behavior, regardless of who it was directed towards, is absolutely unacceptable. I would have recorded her disgusting tirade had I not been so horrified at how inappropriate she was treating the staff. As a former fast food worker and supervisor (DQ for 6 years), this girl would have been tossed out with the trash in a heartbeat if she was on my watch. There is no excuse for this behavior, and I hope it is addressed immediately, and she's no longer able to treat your staff that way ever again. We will not be returning to this location. Read morePlaced a mobile order and went to pick it up, but the doors were locked. I went through the drive thru and waited roughly 15 mins with a line of three cars to get to the window. Once I came up to the window they said they can give me the order in the parking lot. Skeptical, I parked my vehicle and waited for someone to give me my food. I waited and no one came.
I went back to the drive thru and proceeded to wait 25 mins for a line of three cars, one of which left as the line was taking too long. I finally arrived at the window asking for my order and the man taking the orders looked perplexed and started slowly making my drink and handed it and closed the window without saying anything about the rest of the order, which now had been placed online almost 45 mins ago. I waited about five mins before calling it quits and not getting my food.

Last trip through, guy taking orders couldn't understand what no cheese meant, told him 4 times at the box, and then he asked again at the window, and they had to remake it. Asked us to go around front to park and wait, okay, no problem. Another gentleman comes out, with one small sack that had only the one burger in it... Ordered 2 full meals with drinks, plus tacos. He goes and comes back with the rest of the food, but no drinks... Comes back the third time, with drinks, plus 2 free items as compensation (awesome, thank you, this 2nd gentleman is where all 4 stars are coming from), but here comes the window guy as well, "Oh, I forgot to charge you"... Um, then what did you do with my card when I had it to you at the window? Verified with my bank it wasn't charged first, then gave him my card again to run... The 2nd gentleman, I'm assuming lead or manager, took 5% off our bill.
I really hope this JitB (and so many other businesses) can find...
