Ordered through the taco bell app and they only gave me half my order - went back around in the drive through (the dining room was closed) to get the rest of my order and they yelled at me saying they didn't have my order even though they just gave me half of it?? I held up my phone to show them the order and the man read the order and still somehow messed it up and started yelling at me because i asked for my order which i already paid for, i didn't even ask for a refund i just wanted the food that i paid for, i have kids with food allergies so i order things for a certain reason 😕 A lady in a vehicle behind me was upset about the time it was taking and walked up to the window and the "manager" threatened to call the police and said he would be refusing to fill orders and also claimed that he didn't have to wear a name tag or give the customer anyone's name and was extremely disrespectful to her. I honestly have never dealt with such a horrible experience with fast food in my life. A quick google search shows the rules on name tags so the "manager" not only lied to the customer that was upset but also was beyond disrespectful saying he was going to not fill anyone's order even tho they already paid for it. I get new trainees and all that but if a customer orders something a certain way and pays the extra fee for it to be made that way it would be nice if the employees make the order correctly - i get mistakes happen but yelling at someone when they let you know their order is wrong is not ok. Management shouldn't be spreading lies and threatening customers - definitely hope something is done about this because i have been eating at taco bell pretty much my whole life and it's sad that this restaurant is giving them such a bad reputation - especially considering they are they only taco bell in the area otherwise i would just go to a different restaurant

Well I would have given less of a star if I could. This store can never get the order correct. I live 10 minutes from the store I ordered a #1 #2 a Burrito supream 2 beean Burritos and a chalupa box. Since the bag is taped shut I can't check to see if it is correct. Got home no Burrito supream so I didn't get to eat so I could drive back to get someone's missing dinner. So 10 minutes there 10 minutes back plus the time in drive thru. After all that can you guess how crunchy my tacos were from the #1. This is just getting old it is a constant issue here. It is not worth going back. And to top it off while I was waiting for the missing burrito, the girl at the window was digging in the trash can and failed wash her hands and change gloves before handling my bag of food. Not really impressed at all. Your employees need better training, and management needs to enforce Taco Bell standards. They are seriously lacking in this store. Well it's been a year thought I would try again. Bad choice 2 steak chalupas missing from the nacho fry box. Nacho being very generous since only the bottom of the little cup had cheese in it. Ordered delivery so now it is up to me to deal with door dash to figure it out since taco bell can't fix their own mistakes. I tried to leave a second review but Google won't alow that. Probably a good thing for this store. Make sure you check everything before accepting anything from this store.

Walked in tonight and the place is filthy with trash and food everywhere. The garbage was overflowing and spilling onto the floor. We walked out. EDIT:This location used to be awesome. BUT somewhere along the way, they have lost their pride. The last 2 times we have gone, the food has been cold. Today, we got tacos that sat on the line so long the shell was soggy, and the grease was getting solid. The kitchen was an absolute mess. At least sweep the floor, guys. The food was in no way even close to temp. They remade our food, and it was just as awful the second batch. They didn't roll the cinnabons in cinnamon sugar, and they were greasy as heck. Now, we are all fighting some serious stomach aches. We should have just thrown the food away and came home. Oh, and they stopped taking orders. This location is clean and friendly and will still take your order. (Not any more)They do have self-service kiosks if that is what you prefer. Service was fast and friendly. Food was prepared nicely and looked good.(Again, nope). Everything was hot and tasted great. We were not disappointed. (Uh, yes, we are seriously disappointed) Prices are still fairly reasonable. We got the standard crunchy tacos, bean burritos, and chalupas and tried the new nacho fries. We didn't like the fries. Nachos are tortilla chips, not french fries. It sounded good but didn't quite deliver.

I've been to this location about 10 times in the last 2 months. Ever time I've been in they dont have the caramel empanadas. The time before last I asked why they never had them and the gal at the window told me that it was because no one wanted to go back and drop them. Last night I asked for one and they said they didnt have any, I asked how long it would take to cook them and the gal said 6 minutes. I said I didn't mind waiting, so it was added to my order. It took about 5 minutes to get to the window, when I got there the gal at the window told me I needed to park and come inside for my order because they didnt have the staff to bring it out. I told he I didn't mind waiting at the window, she told me that I couldn't wait at the window, I said I had ordered almost 5 minutes ago and it should almost be ready, she told me it still had 5 minutes. I said I didnt mind waiting. She said you can not wait at the window and that she needed to get her manager. At this point the manager, Jasmin, came to window and told me I needed to come in because she couldn't send anyone out to bring me my order because it was dark outside. I told her I didnt mind waiting at the window. She told me that she couldn't have me wait at the window and that she was short staffed and didnt have people to drop the product and that the girl was shouldn't have sold it to me in the first place. I said that isn't my fault that your not staffed and that I didnt mind waiting at the window. I've now been at the window for almost 3 minutes and the manager tells me that one of two things is going to happen that I'm either going to pull forward and come in for my order or they were taking it off the tab. Needless to say, i left without my entire order. I dont even have words for this. It could have been resolved differently. But to out right be rude to a customer because they aren't doing there job correctly is aweful. I have never been treated so rudely because they didnt want to cook a product they should have already had available. If you want rude people serving you and then being rude to you when they dont have the staff and or product they need, this is the place to go. Amazing how one experience can ruin an entire...

I've seen taco bell get a lot of bad reviews lately. As someone with firsthand experience I can say that they desperately need a staff replacement. Half of the employees there don't actually follow the health code rules.

They don't always wash their hands before making your food. They will touch their phone with the gloves the make your food with on, and not change them out. One of the shift leads will purposely leave things out of door dash orders or mobile orders because they don't feel like making it. They don't clean the soda machines regularly at all.

There has been people who drink alcohol on the job. They will also close early because they don't feel like serving customers. And will usually just say they ran out of prepped food and to come back. The night shift will leave the phone off so they don't need to answer it.

Therefore any missed order items or just in general anyone who needs to get ahold of them can't unless they go in or drive through. The manager doesn't actually give employees notice when they'll be fired and just takes them off the schedule. And when they ask about it he completely avoids them.

They aren't an equal opportunity employer as they advertise. They don't pay the same rate. People who have been there over a year make less than the newer people they have hired recently. The pay in general is just sad and impossible to live on for any standard young adult. Don't get me wrong it's great for teens. But, the standards are very low for those who work there.
