I went to buy a whopper that I saw on the web so I called our Burger king and ask for a manager she told me that that deal was still good it said get a whopper for a penny just drive to McDonald's and a promo number would pop up on my burger king app so I did and I went right back to Burger king they could not find the promo either so she said that the ad was over but she had just told me that it was still on so I was confused the add said that it was good till 1/31/19 and as I stated earlier the manager had told me that yes the add was good and was still available well when I went back she said that she would honor the add so I ordered a whopper the way I wanted minus lettuce plus heavy heavy heavy onion plus bbq off the broiler and the manager knew me because not only am I a regular customer but I have a large service dog one of only a few here not only did she argues with me and she said that there were extra onion on it she watched them put it on there were only three little rings of onion when I came back and showed her well this was the second time this has happened to me the regional manager saw me she works here Mon through Fri well she told the manager just how to make my whopper and she reassured me that it would not happen again well it did I would not recommend this burger king there are many fast food restaurants here in the dalles Jack in the box, taco bell, taco time and others I...

Her response was dismissive, and she proceeded to challenge my assertions regarding the lettuce's condition, implying an improbable level of personal oversight in the preparation of each burger.
