Salata — Restaurant in The Woodlands

Unfortunately I contemplated writing this review but after receiving bad service it’s a must! I arrived to the location at 7:50 (they close at 9). As the salad barista begins to make my salad he keeps saying mainly everything I would like is out. Okay fine not problem I’ll pick other items. As he’s making my salad the dishwasher comes out with wet tongs in his bare hands and starts placing them behind the counter. Disgusting! Put on GLOVES! Then once I am ringing out, I ask for a Togo fork and there aren’t any!? Sorry we’re out. At this point it’s annoying. I ask him to call his manager and ask if I can take a fork (I’m staying in a hotel who doesn’t provide them). Maria, the manager responds no sorry we are pretty much out of everything. So now I’m left with a salad with nothing on I really care for and no utensils. I will not be back to this location as anytime I visit the Woodland (3-6 time a month) I stop here but service you receive is...

We love Salata and come here all the time as Active Duty service members! We always got $2 off for military discount but today Zully changed it to $1 at the register. She also had a very poor attitude about it and was nonchalant when I told her the other times we came in. She originally said they don’t do $2 off anymore because they use the App and you can get points. Then she lied and said the $2 Off was for students. It’s okay if things have changed or if you simply didn’t want to give the $2 off but please do lie to customers. Plus, they didn’t put my croissant in the bag, second time they...

Shout out to David for going above and beyond for my Uber eats order! I called because I wanted to make sure they put extra oranges on my salad. My order hadn’t gone through yet so he took down my name and the note that i wanted extra oranges on my salad.

Turns out I forgot to add the oranges at all (lol). He called me back to confirm that was my order since he didn’t see oranges but did see my name. Seems small and insignificant but it made me super happy! I appreciated that!
