I come here a lot and the sandwich i order every time is never consistent. If I order extra pickled onions, which come on the sandwich, they put it on the side.

I just came in to dine in. I asked for my sandwich to be for here, and my chips and guacamole to be to go.

They made the whole thing to go, no big deal.

Except mt sandwich had no avacado, which has never happened before.

I asked when they brought the avacado to please bring extra pickled onions bc I ordered extra, but there are not even the usual amount on the sandwich.

The girl told me they're in my bag.

Why are you putting toppings that come on the sandwich on the side? These arent even extra toppings. And she was walking away as I asked, she paused to tell me they were in the bag but didn't wait for a response. They also didn't give me my receipt back.

I get really tired of ordering things and they either dont give them after they charge for them, or dont put them on the sandwich.

Why would I order extra toppings for the side? Im ordering a sandwich which you are assembling.

God forbid you ask for a pickle if they forget. I am so sick of the service being inconsistent. The food is really good. But I am sick of the inconsistencies and the attitudes when addressing it. The managers are nice, it's the people who bring the food that have an issue with you asking for something they left off or something that needs to be corrected. I order the same thing every time. It should...

There is better food, but an array of sandwiches, salads, soups, and pasta ensures that everyone in the family can find something to eat. Free soft-serve ice cream cones will have you unbuttoning your pants at this self-described "healthy" deli. As large chain, they've worked to remove MSG, dyes, and other artificial flavors, but don't expect a light, healthy feeling when you leave. This particular location has been there a long time, and it's aged but still reasonably well-maintained with indoor and outdoor seating. Inside, I wouldn't call it "dark," but it is not light and bright; it has a certain mood about it that makes it feel dingier than it is, but this is offset by the busy nature of the restaurant, which usually has a lot of hustle and bustle. The value is ok if you stick to the primary menu, but upgrades can be expensive, such as a $3.49 fee for anemic fruit over chips. The staff has always been friendly and fast, and considering how many customers they serve, especially during lunch, they are a marvel of efficiency. Overall, this restaurant is a good choice for a casual...

I’m writing this review to inform the general manager or the owner of the location for 1340 Lake Woodlands Dr, of the terrible customer service i received from a staff member. As a restaurant there are two components that make you successful. Good food and excellent customer service. You check one box and fail in the other. I arrive to the location and wait in the front to be attended. I receive a “yeah” in a terrible tone. I mentioned I’m here to pick up an order. “ For who” was the response in a terrible tone with a sour face. After providing the name i ask the team member what’s wrong. He walks away and rolls his eyes to grab my order. Once he returns he hand me my order and once again with a terrible tone “ do you want your receipt”. I ask for his name, which is Chris and to make things worse he was the manger. I don’t know who provided Chris a promotion or hired him to manage this location but whoever it was needs to adjust on how they evaluate talent. It a shame that a teenagers at Chic Fila provides better customer service than a manger...

Our office of four has been getting food for lunch from there once or twice a month for years. I have been eating there for decades. The food is always good, of high quality, properly prepared. The staff is always polite, friendly, and attentive. My favorite is Reuben the Great. The hot corned beef or pastrami, Swiss, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, grilled rye. As good or better than I've had anywhere. And I've been to some pretty good Jewish delis in Chicago and New York. Their salad bar is also amazing. So many choices. All of them good. I highly recommend Jason's to you. Especially if you like Reubens.

The special of a half spicy Italian sandwich and chicken tortilla soup was really good. The soup was full of vegetables and meat as well as tortilla slices which made it thick and delightful. The spicy Italian half sandwich was loaded with meat and tasted great but not as spicy as we would have expected. Parking was easily obtained and service was relatively good considering we had to wait in line and they did not appear to have enough staff to handle operations quickly but everybody was pleasant which makes a big difference even if we had to wait.
