Worst experience ever. Ordered through the app and waited the 20 minutes (in front of the store) until it said ready. When I walked in, I was not greeted and then the elderly lady walked over from the back and asked if I was there for a pick up. Told her my name and she said it’s going to be awhile, we were slammed. (Prior to this, only 8 people in 22 minutes had gone in and out of the store.) She started working on my sandwiches and then came back and told me it’s going to be a while cause she had to heat up the meatballs. Needless to say, I waited almost 45 minutes and still had cool/lukewarm food that literally thrown together. Meatballs were still partially warmed up and she didn’t check them with thermometer. Was missing items. Made it seem like it was my fault for ordering a meatball sandwich because they had ran out who knows how long ago! Definitely won’t be going back to...

It is not easy to have a line to the door by yourself, and still manage to keep a smile and work as hard as she does. Read moreI tipped for curbside because I had my dogs in the car. She told another customer to tell me I had to come in because she was the only person working. It was one person in line. Are you serious. I was parked right next to the door. I couldn't get any closer unless I drove through the restaurant. The other customer went in to tell her he was taking my subs to me she didn't even acknowledge him. I get my subs and they are cold. I asked for my subs to be toasted. It's one thing to be understaffed it's another thing to be lazy. You cut corners to make my sandwich. I can't toasted because there veggies are now on it and she didn't follow the instructions to prepare my sandwiches. And these workers want $15.00. You haven't even earned your regular pay.
