I placed an order online for two foot-long’s. I walked in to pick up my order and I was thankful I didn’t leave a tip .I received one foot-long but ordered two is very clear on the receipt that was attached to the package !!! I showed it to the woman working behind the counter and she laughed and said oh I didn’t see that let me get that for you!! Not sure why she missed that has never happened to me before !!! is she on something or does she not know how to read English? I had to stand there and wait for her to make the other foot-long but stepped away to take the other sandwich out to my son the one that she made !!! I walked back in to the subway and she’s already got my sandwich packet, so I’m assuming it’s correct since I brought it to her attention that she didn’t make it at all !!! I get home open up the sandwich which is very lightweight. Very skimpy theres no mustard ,mayonnaise -completely dry. I did not ask for anything like that on top of that. There was a couple of little onions a couple of tomatoes couple slices of meat a Skippy piece of cheese no greens no which was on my order!!! I tried to call the store. No answer! On the receipt there’s a coach name to communicate any issues with an email. I called and left a voicemail. Nobody returned my call !! I emailed no response so I sent another email. Explain that I’m going to go above management and then I get an email says I’m sorry for the delay. What’s the address of the store. There was no I’m sorry you had a bad experience please let us make this better for you. We will take care of this issue and talk to this worker and make sure this doesn’t happen again. Nothing like that !!! Rude woman took my order, talked on her phone pushed to her ear holding it by her shoulder. While she paused to ask what I wanted on it. I should have walked out then. When I asked if I was interrupting her conversation, she angrily put her phone down with her sanitary glove making it not so sanitary. I then looked at the wilted choices of toppings I would have. The fact that she was laughing while talking on her phone while hovering over my sandwich really kinda grossed me out. One more thing, is this really a liggit Subway. So I drove 5 miles back to the store to ask them to remake it. When she got to me, I asked the manager lady if she could make me something different because the other made the meatball unappetizing. She rolled her eyes and said "that's what I figured you'd say" she the looked at the Hispanic gentleman customer next to me in line and said something to him in Spanish.
