I have been coming to this Jimmy John's for years and never had an issue until today. I placed two separate orders, one with cash the other with a card. At the time I placed both orders I was on the phone, therefore distracted and did not realize I did not receive my change. I contacted the store as soon as I realized my change was not given. The cashier answered the phone and of course denied failing to give me my change. I suggested he count his drawer or review the camera in the store. He agreed begrudgingly to count the drawer and call me back. He called back stating that his drawer was only two cents short and that he had given me my change. He stated he handed me my change in between my debit card that I used for the second purchase. However, he was never in possession of my card considering I was able to insert the card into the reader myself. He ended the call with no further resolution, basically calling me a liar. I do not appreciate how this situation was handled. I'm sure if he checked the camera he would see he did not hand me my change. We're only talking approx $3 but it is the principal. I definitely will not be patronizing this...
Read moreI ordered lunch for me and my coworker off the Jimmy Johns app, when it arrived, the inside of the bag which included two sandwiches, two bags of chips and two bottled pops were COVERED IN TINY ANTS. I called the store to speak to the manager, Phil, and told him what we saw and he all he said was that he was sending the driver back to pick up the bag… I told him I took pictures if he wanted me to email them but he dismissed me and hung up… The driver came to pick up the food like 10 mins later and an hour later I had heard nothing back from the restaurant so I called. When the manager, Phil, answered, I said “hi yes I’m calling back about the order you picked up with the ants” and he very rudely said “I cancelled the ticket!” He never apologized, never stated what he was going to do to fix the problem. I replied “Oh ok because I didn’t get a confirmation or anything” and his response was “I personally cancelled the ticket! Read moreCrazy how my fiancé orders online I go in to pick up my already paid for 19 dollar order and I am refused because I am not the person on the credit card. keep in mind that this is my account and she is an authorized user. What a joke . Not a big deal though as she is in the car , so they also tell me she would be the one that needs to sign because of fraud . As far as I'm concerned no business asks nor needs a signature under 25$ . Stay away from this place don't waste your hard earned money at this place because even after my fiancé goes in to get our food we get to work and they couldn't get the order correct . Gave the wrong flavor bag of chips and instead of owing me one the only way I get the right bag of chips I got to bring it back unopened.
