The young lady with the blonde hair very rude she rushed me to order our food and then get it wrong and then when i told her that i have a coupon she still try to charge us for the item that we suppose to get free. Now the ones that serve the food at the next window are very rude my family and i order strawberry sundaes the strawberries had been sitting in a cup with nothing on it for over 30 minutes or a hour or more the young lady told me. Not being refrigerated it will go bad with Nets flies and stuff flying around in the restaurant. Read moreI had one of the most rewarding experiences at the location on 162nd Street in South Holland IL. I was there to redeem my replacement breakfast from a previous mishandling of my order. Seemingly when I informed the employee in the drive thru, there was a slight problem when she gave my name to the manager. BUT she asked me a few questions and instructed me to drive forward and greeted me at the window and informed me that THEY were going to take care of it. I drove to the next window and the order was incorrect BUT I smiled and was able to make them feel at ease and without looking the manager repeated my order to the employee and she asked me could I move up while they correct it. The manager brought me the order with confidence and apologized for the inconvenience and I was impressed with her follow through and didn't push it off on her staff.
