JJ Fish and chicken — Restaurant in Thornton Township

I have been to this particular pl several times, I have been happy with the service and my food. But as of today I may have to reconsider. I called in, the phone was laid down for close to 5 minutes, my order was taken by someone who made me feel like I was bothering her, I had to call back to see how long it was going to be. I asked for fried hard catfish with lemon pepper which I got neither. When I called back to voice my concerns, someone picked up the phone , said nothing and laid the phone down, then hung up. The customer service and the food is usually TOP NOTCH but on this particular occasion the young lady with the multi colored hair waited on me. She was pleasant at first but attitude changed a little bit once the order was ready. I was very specific with my order and it still wasn't right, over cooked, no lemon pepper when I asked for extra lemon several times. I even gave a nice tip PRIOR to me getting my order. RUDE as ever. I ordered before and it was really good. I don’t even understand how you can treat people who are trying to support your establishment as if they are an annoyance. In my own neighborhood smh. I tried to call in an order because door dash is turned off for the evening. The woman on the phone didn’t even bother to say hello, just PLEASE HOLD. When she came back I tried to order a fried mix dinner and she snapped, then ignored me to talk to another customer and then hung up on me. What’s the point in even bothering with this...
