Got my rims done here a few years ago. I loved them at first but then I noticed my car making a scraping noise whenever my children were in the back or if I had a large grocery store run. It wasn’t until I got my brakes done a couple years later that I was told the lifters were not put on. I don’t drive this car often so I knew what happened. When I went in to get my rims on the guy that put them on asked if I carried a lot of weight in the back, referring to my backseat or trunk. I said no because I didn’t really know why he asked that, had I known better I would’ve asked. I went back to tell them about the situation and they said they didn’t have the lifters, of course. I asked if they could put some on and they said they could but I would have to purchase them again. Now that, I didn’t think was fair seeing that I had already purchased them and they just didn’t put them on.

Other than that they did a good job, if you know a lot about rims and cars you’ll be fine shopping here.

UPDATE* I purchased through Acima, so I have the lease number. This review was not meant to be negative, it’s about my personal experience. My initial purchase was in ‘21 and I went back in to the shop in ‘24 so it’s absolutely possible that you all didn’t have the lifters anymore. Very bad experience here.... originally purchased a Groupon for about 150$ for a remote start, made an appointment in October as I wanted this service before it became too cold out side, received an appointment mid November, the day before my appointment they cancelled on me, and had to reschedule me for week before Christmas (2 months after purchasing this Groupon).

Finally, my appointment came , and as I arrived they said their is an additional charge for 220$ extra and 240$ If you pay with card. I did not have cash so paid the $240 additional to the Groupon for $150.

There is no lounge, so if you live far, you are out of luck, finally my remote start was finished after about 2 hours, as I get to my car I notice a huge crack on the windshield the was never noted on the “vehicle pre inspection report”

I mentioned this to the owner and she instantly said they are not responsible even after the tech clearly said that “the crack was not there prior to bringing the vehicle in” another tech went back and changed the “vehicle pre inspection report” to make it appear that there was a crack there ... i was so shocked by this experience ... ended up leaving having to pay $390 for a remote start, and having to replace my whole...

My mom had a automatic start put in my car and my sisters for Christmas . Xtreme Kustoms did a great job I'll be going back for more work. The price they quoted me beat out every other place they are located almost a hour from me but It was worth it . First the place is immaculate not one speak of dirt or dust anywhere the employees were very nice. They told me It would be 2.5 hours and they finished in 45 minutes. They had a really nice waiting area with a smart tv one of the guys came in and put Netflix on for me , offered me water and periodically checked on me to make sure I was comfortable . I signed into my Hulu account on their smart tv and watched one of my tv shows and made myself comfortable it was so Much better than sitting in a waiting area with three outdated magazines . When they finished he explained how everything worked and answered all my questions . I love the automatic start it works great and everything was very professional about this place . 5 starts...
