Will be my ABSOLUTE LAST visit! 1st: the atmosphere is completely unprofessional with explicit music playing LOUDLY! Zero professionalism! 2nd: the woman "order taker" had a sour attitude completely. 3rd: I asked her to add extra oil & Mayo on my sandwich, and she did NOT mention that OIL is .50c AND Mayo .25c before charging me. I had her take both charges off. Extra charges for Oil and Mayo?! And NO extra Oil and Mayo is not a charge at the vast majority of places.🫣 Lastly, she had to re-ring up the order since I was paying cash- But never asked which method I'm paying. After all of that - My $10 sandwich was just Ok. Btw, ONLY White bread served, zero Wheat bread. I would have had greater service and greater satisfaction going to Subway! I decided to stop by the new location and I was not disappointed. The service was always top notch and it still is. The sandwiches were on point. The turkey hoagie was delicious the ingredients were fresh the bread had the right texture. The steak hoagie was scrumptious. Delicious flavor tender steak great umami flavor. Unfortunately or fortunately I can see mels busting out of this new location because it was busy when I was there amd it is small. I'm hoping they can keep the staff and business booming. Saw this restaurant on tik tok and the food was totally different than what I had . First, all of my sandwiches had very little meat with all this bread, now seeing it on social media, the sandwiches was full of meat, but I guess that's how they promote it to get you to come out, secondly the Corn beef was dry, no flavor less meat, I've had better. We came all the way from the city just to be disappointed. $51.00 for garbage. I can say the Sweet steak would have been better if it had enough meat and my hot peppers on it.
