Hi I work for door dash and I had a delivery at your business today my only job is to come in grab the order and leave there is a sign in the window that says we're mask how ever I m not wearing the mask as a door dash woree I have a right to practice what I decide to do so as I entered the business a lady refused to give me my door dash order I was very respectful I showed her my customer information I've been a five star door dasher for almost 2 years now each month I'm five star and one of the lady's there approached me very hostile infront of customers not asking me to put on the mask but demaninding me to put on my mask I kindly said no mam I am not wearing my mask well she left out of the cooking area to come confront me she was not 6 ft apart from me she was throwing me out of the business I asked her what did I do wrong I only nicely refused to do as you tell me which was to demand me to put on my mask hostile to me she was following me out the door as if she was gonna fight me I said mam excuse me you are not 6ft from me throwing me out the door w my customer order she was not wearing gloves to prepare customer foods she did not have any of her workers wear gloves so as she handed me the order and throwing me out she cross contaminated the food that being handed out to customers can I have a copy of your up dated policy on if a customer I was not even a customer I represents door dash they dnt have a mask policy any longer door dash it is up to us to desire she claim she was the manager not wearing gloves at your...

This Location is so disgusting. I am deeply disturbed and disappointed by my recent experience at Chipotle South Holland,IL After consuming food from this location I suffered a severe foodborne illness. The symptoms were not only physically painful—nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and extreme fatigue—but also emotionally traumatic. This experience has impacted my health, well-being, and daily functioning in a serious and unacceptable way. There is strong reason to believe that the food was either contaminated, improperly handled, or unsafe for human consumption. This has raised significant concerns for my safety and the public health of other consumers.

Let this review serve as a formal public notice that I intend to: • File official complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), U.S. Department of Justice Consumer Protection Branch, FDA, FTC, and local Health Department. • Pursue civil proceedings against Chipotle Mexican Grill for pain and suffering, emotional distress, and other damages.

Demand a formal investigation and appropriate settlement from Chipotle Corporate to address the harm caused. • Alert other consumers to the risk of serious illness that may result from dining at this location.

Mostly mexican works here which i guess is understandable cause its a mexican restaurant but this one in south holland its a lil mexican chick that handles the online orders needs to b fired. About 2weeks ago i had a prob with her i picked up my order n went home somebody else name was on the bowl i webt back n told her i had no attitude even tho i was upset cause i drive all the way home n had to go back she took the bowl n completely ignored me a manager had to come to help her n guess what he was making my bowl n again she was about to put the wrong name on my bowl. But im like whatever ppl make mistake it was rude i felt. Today i went n picked up my food that same girl gave me nu bag i opened just to make sure it was my stuff she whisper something to the guy at the register they both looked at me n laughed i left i dont know if she did something to my food or bot but that girl dont need to b working at no restaurant very unprofessional i love chipotle but not that much…. update decided to give this location another try look at this im done im gonna buy the stuff n make it at...
