I have had the pleasure of using Signature Sweets Factory for several events. Each and every time, they have more than EXCEEDED my expectations. It is one thing for a product to look good, but it’s extremely difficult to have a product look AND taste good. With Signature Sweets Factory, you get both! Simply put, the taste is AHHH-MAZING!!!!!! True baking perfection! Everything is always baked fresh, never frozen with the highest quality ingredients. Not only that, but the owners are sticklers for excellence. The last event I used them for was my daughter's Dr. Seuss themed baby shower. Everything was fabulous and our guests were wowed! Whenever I think they’ve done their best, I’m proven wrong! They always come back and outdo themselves, time and time again. Their scrumptious desserts, attention to detail and excellent customer service, set them apart from other bakeries. Updated review: First bite was with a fork so the hard bottom definitely threw me off...the cupcake has a cookie crust bottom, explaining the hardness, but I asked about a few different cupcakes and the employee never mentioned that. If that’s your signature it would be nice to know and have your employees describe it that way. I did ask if there was coffee but the employee said they would have to ask and see if they could make any so I just decided to skip it. It was kind of like they didn’t want to but could ask if they could and not so much like they were all ready to make me a fresh brewed cup of coffee

I needed to take a birthday treat to work for my colleague’s indulgence and remembered I saw a YouTube clip about a local Black Owned bakery so decided to try them.

The first contact was over the Phone: The man that answered was very polite, patient, and helpful… I placed my order for cupcakes and cookies, paid, and scheduled my pickup.

The second contact was In-Person: The bakery - very quaint with an aroma of yumminess… I thought about changing my order to include everything they offered. The Staff – very welcoming and efficient.

Here are a few comments from my colleagues: Bloody fantastic! Amazing! So good! It was worth breaking my diet! Please order from them again! Can I take the rest home if there is any left! Heavenly! I could not eat it so I took one home for my daughter and it was a big hit!
