Iâm extremely disappointed with the way everything was handled the food the service and the way I was treated. I went to this Arbyâs at 9pm I knew that it was probably going to be busy especially because it was a Saturday night, but when I showed up thankfully it wasnât busy however it took them over 10 minutes to get an answer sitting in the drive thru then when I did she had an attitude constantly asking in a sarcastic and pissy tone âCan I get you anything else?â And when I pulled forward she didnât greet she just told me my total and ripped the money out of my hand and ROLLED HER EYES. Then my younger sister (7) wanted mozzarella stick I asked if I could purchase one after I payed and she literally told me âWell if you were paying attention then you wouldnât have forgotten.â Like who says that to someone like how tone deaf do you got to be not only is it disrespectful but itâs rude. Then after waiting for another 5mins she comes over and tells me to park in front Iâm like fine they are trying to get people through faster so I do. And I kid you not Iâm waiting there for 15mins I see the people behind me leaving and Iâm like where is my food. I only ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches, 2 large fries and mozzarella stick. I was upset but I was like they probably got less than me, but Iâm still waiting and it has been 20mins at this point so as Iâm about to go in she comes out with my food still having an attitude and gives me my food. I obviously check to make sure everything is there and she scoffs at me like Iâm doing something wrong. Then I ask where my sauce is and she agains says âYou shouldnât have forgottenâ at this point im done so I ask her just to get me my sauce so I can go. She once again rolls her eyes and walks off to go do but it takes her another 5mins mind you there is no one in line at this point(yes I was paying attention to that) then she comes and throws the bag of sauces into my hand like I inconvenienced her. And she doesnât bother waiting she just huffs and goes back inside, I managed to ask one of the other customers coming out if it was busy in there and he said no that there are 7 employees and he was the only customer. So Iâm a little upset that this is how you treat your customers. BTW HER NAME IS ISABELLA and she has major...
Read moreMy wife and I have decided to try and have lunch her every Friday. As we live the staff here. These folks are hands down the best crew in all of tge Denver area. I wish I knew your names. There were two or three ladies ( sometimes I've seen 3 sometimes 2 ladies working) . And a really nice man behind the counter. Whomever trained you guys deserves a medal. As well as you all in the crew. I can't rave enough about you all. I managed a restaurant years ago and that's how trained my crew to interact with customers. They greet you promptly and if they are busy helping other customers, which they usually are, they make eye contact and say " we'll be with you soon" they do it the right way! Unlike McDonald's across the street where they just flat out ignore you if you walk up to the counter. And I believe it is McDonald's that came up with the model of acknowledging the customers within 20 seconds with eye contact and some form of greeting, even if its just a simple someone will be with you shortly. It is so refreshing to be treated with the respect these folks operate under. They are always smiling and in a good mood. They don't hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. Food is cooked promptly and properly. And I assume if they do happen to make a mistake they will correct it to the customers satisfaction. Not argue with or be rude to customers like so many other restaurants around Denver. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. They make the whole dining experience very pleasant. I think you all deserve a raise. I know if I was the GM of that store I'd be very thankful I had such a wonderful crew like that. I definitely recommend people to eat there. Even if you have to drive across the city, it's worth it just to be treated like a human being. The only other fast food place that I'll recommend is In-and-out burgers. They do it right also. Thank you for providing a nice experience for me and my wife to enjoy for lunch. I guess I pretty much wrote a book for...
Read moreI should have posted a good review before, because I've been going there a couple of years and the food is always good, the employees have always been friendly. Sometimes you have to wait a while, other times it's fast - averages out to be overall good though. But then last night (Friday night 9/9) I went into the lobby to order about 9:45pm. The girl who started taking my order was friendly and quick to help me. But then we both hear loud yelling coming from the back, which quickly moves to the front about 5 feet from us. It was the store manager, who was yelling at the kid employee who was mopping the floors out where the tables were. Something about a cooler. Anyway, it wouldn't normally be any of my business how their manager deals with their employees, except that her (the manager) yelling resonated through my head for about 10 minutes after she finally stopped. The poor kid employee was stunned and humiliated, and the poor little girl trying to take my order had to stop because neither one of us could even begin to hear each other. There weren't any other customers at the counter, but as loud as the manager lady was yelling, I'm guessing that even the people next door at Taco Bell could hear her. My point is, maybe the kid deserved it, maybe he didn't. Either way, that whole exchange should have taken place in the manager's office with the door closed, not out in front of God and everybody. She should not...
