The service and preparation of the food is horrible. McCally is the manager and Cass is one of the employees. Why is she is being paid to run theis store this way is beyond me. We ordered on line. After 30 min. I called she told me it was going take another 40 min. Obviously, I was disappointed. We hung up and I called back and said I would like to pick up the order. A gentleman got on the phone and started fighting with me. Calling me names and refused to tell me his name. I did everything in my powered to stay professional. At this point I just wanted the 2 sandwich and them to remake my on-witch I paid for. He started throwing the F boom. The on-which was so saturated with oil it literally dissolve the paper it was wrapped in. When I try to speak to the manager about coming to pick up the two sandwiches she told me that I cannot go down there. If I did, she would call the police, told me she would refund my money and as of this moment right now I have not received a refund.. Obviously, this place is being run by a bunch of reject employees that is just looking for a job and doesn't care about their position, especially the manager. I order the sandwiches as part of a lunch for the meeting I was conducting today. And they put a big strain on half my employees that cannot eat. I don't know what's happened to this fast food restaurants but their professionalism and the service I received today from Jimmy John's was completely out of control, and I will never do business with them again or even encourage anyone to go to that location. After looking at the reviews, I can see I'm not the only one to experience this kind of behavior. Read moreWhat an absolute nightmare. One wrap, one sandwich took almost an hour and fifty minutes. (I live barely more than 10 min from the store) Delivery driver had issues with their car (not their fault, no way blaming driver) so their only other driver, an older gentleman named Jim I believe, who was a total gem, was stuck doing ALL deliveries on his own. He did get lost (the store prints out directions and they didn’t even provide him the correct address or directions, he went up north almost 10 min more away.)
My biggest gripe is that the lack of communication from the establishment. (I had to call to ask for an update as no one had contacted me. This shouldn’t be on the only delivery driver left to contact customer as they are obviously swamped with picking up the slack.) This is horrible customer service on the manager’s part for not stepping up to contact customer in regards to what is going on with their order. The cherry on top is that we paid full price. The least you could do would be free or at least a discount on the food. Charging full price for a wrap and a sandwich that almost took 2 hours, no contact from management, no discount, coupons, or even an apology from management? Disgrace.
Oh did I mention for the second time in a row, no tomatoes on the club lulu? So almost two hours and you didn’t even provide the correct food.
What a joke of whomever the manager is to treat customers so poorly with no care of communication and charging customers full price for food that took almost 2 hours. Thanks.

I ended up waiting for 10 minutes and then they told me that they didn't Have the tuna and they needed to make it. I then sat for another 10 more minutes and then I went up and I asked him, would it be easier if I just ordered a different sandwich? he said he didn't know, but the tuna was being made in the back, so I asked him how long will that take? He said he didn't know lol and I thought that was kind of funny. If he works in the sandwich shop shouldn't he know how long it takes to make a tuna mix? as a customer I didn't understand what goes into it but apparently it takes a really long time. I ended up ordering a different sandwich. The roast beef and it was a pretty good sandwich but it wasn't the sandwich I wanted. As a restaurant owner I figured I would've made the sandwich that I wanted and given it to the customer for free, even though they didn't get the sandwich to begin with the hassle.
