I’ve been a big fan of Raising Cains chicken ever since my now husband and I tried it on a whim because we were starving after our flight down to Louisiana years ago. We were thrilled when the chain finally made it to Denver so we could visit more often because they have some seriously tasty fried chicken!! The staff was super friendly and attentive even though they were really busy. Also, the store was very clean and the condiment area was well stocked- also impressive since again they were really busy. This was the first time I’d ever been inside a Cains restaurant- all of my previous visits had been via the drive through. It’s pretty cute inside, but we did think that the music was a bit too loud to comfortably be able to have a conversation. This was the first time I’d ever tried one of their chicken sandwiches as well since my husband and I had always ordered the 6 chicken finger box with fries and coleslaw and delicious Texas toast to share. We also always get either a lemonade (theirs is epic) or an Arnold Palmer to drink (I think they actually brew their iced tea since it’s good too). I have to say that I really enjoyed the sandwich and probably prefer it to just the chicken fingers, while my husband liked the chicken fingers better. Has our 6 chicken finger box to split morphed into a chicken sandwich for me and tenders for him in the future???? I guess only time will tell, but the one thing that’s for sure is that we’ll definitely be back for more yummy chicken, fries,...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after visiting Raising Cane’s, I felt like I had to. The moment I walked in, the team greeted me with smiles and energy. The restaurant was clean, the music had a good vibe, and everything felt organized. I ordered the Box Combo, and it was fast, hot, and delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the Cane’s sauce? Next level. Honestly, I’d buy a bottle of it if I could. The toast was buttery, the fries were hot, and even the coleslaw was fresh.
What really impressed me was the service. The employees were polite, fast, and seemed to care about doing a good job. It was smooth and stress-free.
Now compare that to my recent trip to Waffle House with Kristia and Kairo as our servers. Total chaos. They barely spoke to us, mixed up our order, and acted like we were bothering them by even being there. The food took forever and came out cold. No refills, no updates, just bad vibes and attitude. It honestly felt like we were invisible.
Raising Cane’s made me feel like a valued guest. Waffle House made me feel like a burden. Big difference. If I want good food and good service, I’ll choose Cane’s every...
Read moreFew times ive been to this location I've gotten great service. Fesh food, friendly and quick.
This last time just placing the order was a whole ordeal. Had to repeat everything at least 3 times. Drive thru individual stated the kitchen was "too loud". When I arrived at the first wi dow it seems that area is pretty isolated from the rest.
However to her benefit once I arrived to the 2nd windows I caninagine why she stated so.
At one moment I saw at least 6-8 workers ha ginger around that area. 2 of the. Were goofing around tugging fighting over an article notepad or something 2 others were handling some sort of harness.
While the order was ready the toast took about an extra 12 mi uses for 10 pieces which probably contributed to the tenders not being as crispy as usual.
All this was going on while the drive thru line was full.
To the girl taking my order I give benefit of doubt but whomever it was in charge at that time 7pm Wednesday is not doing their job holding their crew accountable and focused on task at hand. I imagine it was the young lady that seemed to be doing order herself instead of delegating the order to her crew and maintaining order I. That kitchen which appeared to be a disaster from What...
