Jamba — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

I feel bad that I don't remember any of the names of the lovely ladies who helped me out today, but man or woman everyone here is super friendly and you can somehow see their smiles behind the facemasks. I live a couple blocks away so today was the second time that I had an açai bowl so friggin good I had to go back and give them a tip. It's not easy to justify the tip I give before tasting anything (it's more than $5, they deserve it), although I've never doubted or been disappointed by their service-to-date. Don't make fun of me but bananas have always been one of my favorite fruits, and this location has always had the best ones, or at least they wait to use them until properly ripe. Today was literally the best bowl I've ever had at a Jamba Juice, best bananas too, which is why you will never get rid of me as a customer! Mwahahahaha!! Really though, you gals and guys are great, don't change a thing. 👍

*This is an update on 06/03 because mean old Google won't let me post two separate reviews. I can't even explain how quickly I got my acai bowl, literally, I am unable to find words to explain how fast it came out, but it was still one of the best bowls I've had to date. I guess you can call me a "regular" because at least one person knows me by name when I come in, and today all 4 of them said hi, and I feel really bad that I still somehow don't know all their names 😕 I was a little late coming back because I was watching a good movie, but I came back to give them another tip. I just know that nice people, who are hard workers deserve a little extra in their day sometimes, just because. Also because I loved the bowl and smoothie today. Carrie or Terri the”manager” terrible customer service. I called to place an order for pick up and was hung up on. No confirmation of my order, or asking if I wanted to add anything else to my order, no estimate time to pick up. I called back and the phone was then answered by her again.. saying “yes?”.
