We had a lovely trip to Tiburon and started at this wine bar. We both ordered champagne flights, but my only complaint was that the flight didn’t clearly indicate one of the servings would be Cremant. As a restaurant owner who works with plant-based wines, I’m familiar with Cremant—it doesn’t agree with me and always makes me sick. When the host began serving it, I immediately declined and asked for a substitution. She kindly gave me a double pour of the rosé instead, and we both agreed the second brut was our favorite.
The staff were friendly, the vibes were chill, but the space itself is small and felt a bit cold. One host gave us great recommendations for nearby spots, and another pointed us to the best fries in town—Sam’s definitely delivers on that!
