Beware of their reservation policy and no credit for cancellation. I had booked a reservation, and when the day came was not feeling well. To play it safe and not potentially spread Covid, I called the business to cancel. I asked if it would be possible to have a credit so we could rebook for a future date. Due to their policy, they do not provide refunds or credits for deposits made on reservations.

I called the store back once I was feeling better and asked if they felt reservations would be needed on a weekend afternoon. I was told typically they are not needed. So that was on me for not being a walk-in.

I understand the rules are rules and policies must be followed. The business retained my reservation deposit, and I got nothing for it. Again, I did not ask for a refund. I was hoping to have the opportunity to make a reservation in the future. That ended up not being the case, and I decided to not take my business there. ...

Champagne and caviar…where could you go wrong? You can’t, is the answer and why The Caviar Co. was the perfect visit. The shop was intimate yet big enough to accommodate a good number of guests, supported by their umbrella covered outdoor seating. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, assisting us non-caviar experts navigate the menu with confidence. Highly recommend getting one of the caviar flights - coming with three decent sized champagne pours, three different caviars, with their house made blini pancakes, potato chips, crème fraiche and chives. It was the perfect way to try the various caviar and champagne options all in one. Also, we couldn’t miss out on the caviar grilled cheese. It was delicious on so many levels. I visited the Caviar Company this weekend with my family! We loved it!! 👍🏽🌸 Sharon the chef was so creative gracious. She even shared some of her wonderful savory bread pudding! It was so delicious! I couldn’t imagine how it would taste with caviar, but we were all pleasantly surprised! The customer service was impeccable! Tess I believe is her name was such a gracious hostess something hard to find these days!!! She explained everything to us and made sure we were always taken care of! I will definitely be back!
