Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Tigard

We went to Washington square today and decided to get a snack before we head home since we have young kids. We saw Charley’s and the ultimate fries and were sold, note I’ve never been here. We went up to the counter and at first no one was helping us so we tried to use the kiosk. The kiosk wasn’t giving me the same price as the menu so we decided to go up to the cashier. Well.. she was the most RUDE person ive ever encountered. i got up there and said Hi… nothing back. Told her what I want and on the menu she laughed and said she doesn’t know what I’m talking about so she did things individually. Okay not too bad but she then asked what i wanted to drink and I accident said just soda because I saw they had lemonade and others and didn’t even click for me, her response was “yeah so which one and points to the soda, mind you your stickers are falling off of the soda machine to know what to get so I had to scramble to look at the sodas and could tell she was getting irritated. I told her that the price should be cheaper for what i wanted and she rolled her eyes and got another guy and no kidding HE ROLLED HIS EYES. I finally said “you both are rude I’m not ordering anything” and she followed that by laughing and said NEXT. So no never will i try your food even if it’s the last thing to eat on...

I recently visited Charleys Cheesesteaks at Washington Square Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the chicken wings, which looked nothing like the pictures on the menu. The wings I received were poorly prepared, most of the wings were barely covered in meat, and what little meat was there was dry and difficult to eat. To make matters worse, one of the pieces was just the tip of a wing, completely inedible, as you can see in the picture I’ve included.

Out of the entire order, I was only able to eat about one and a half wings before discarding the rest. The fries, to their credit, were fresh and enjoyable, but they didn’t make up for the poor quality of the wings.

I considered asking for a refund or having the order remade, but after standing at the counter for several minutes, I wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff. Given that it’s December and the mall is busy, I tried to be understanding, but I still expected to receive edible food and at least some level of customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both counts.

I wouldn’t recommend the wings at this location, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both their food quality and...

I am disappointed in this place because I loved eating here and now I will never go back. The chinese looking guy tried to trick me into thinking he had cut up some fresh lettuce, I had requested fresh lettuce because the lettuce they had out was old and brown. The Hispanic lady told me the lettuce didnt arrive that day so they only had that one. I said I didnt want any then. She said she would talk to the chinese guy (I think he is the manager or the one in charge at that time) he went to the back and came back with a hand full of lettuce! He was covering it with both hands so I wouldn't see (It wasn't fresh, it was the same old soggy lettuce) I asked him "Its fresh lettuce?" He said "yes" and dumped it in my sandwich.. I was confused on how he would have fresh lettuce if the other lady just told me there was none in the back.. I took it to my table and surprise! It's not fresh lettuce, I was mad because it even smelled old. I was upset and couldn't believe how they dont care about customers and their health! All they care about is money.
