I am honestly trying to think of one positive thing to write. I guess it was not crowded so we were helped right away?
This location is a joke. I've given them another try a few times but I am done.
What went wrong: Out of Black Beans, so we had to have Pinto. Not a deal breaker but not great either. Sofritas was almost empty. You would think they would get more? Nope, they scraped and scraped the container to try and give enough for a serving. As we got the bottom of the container, they were dry and overcooked. Obviously sat in the container for a long long time. Honey Chicken. Once again they were almost out. I literally maybe got one ounce of chicken. I thought the lady behind the counter was going to ask for more from the grill? Nope. She then pushed my bowl to the next person quickly. Umm, I would like some peppers and onions please. They were annoyed when I asked for medium and spicy salsa. Just give me half a scope if I'm asking too much.
You can see my photos. I had not touched any of the meat. Just pushed it to the side to see the actual portion.
Look at the reviews. Over and over again people get their orders and they are half filled. Missing meat. Missing items. And the place is dirty.
No more chances.

Read moreI recently visited Chipotle and had a satisfying experience. As always, the quality of the ingredients was impressive. I opted for a burrito bowl with chicken, cilantro-lime rice, black beans, fajita veggies, and a generous portion of guacamole. Each component was fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The chicken, in particular, had just the right amount of char, giving the bowl a nice smoky flavor.
The service was efficient and friendly. Even though it was during the lunch rush and the line was fairly long, the staff worked quickly to prepare orders. I also appreciated that they took care to make sure each ingredient was properly portioned, which made my meal feel like a great value, even if the prices have gone up a bit over time.
That said, one downside to this visit was the additional charge for guacamole, which always feels a little excessive considering it’s a staple topping for many. However, I can’t deny that it’s delicious, so I don’t mind splurging on it from time to time.
Chipotle continues to stand out for its commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients, and I love that they offer so many options for customizing meals. The atmosphere was clean and casual, and the staff was polite and attentive.

Read moreI have never been treated so rudely by a customer service worker Zora, who worked at the register, had attitude as soon as I walked in her tone of voice was like I was annoying her by being there, she rolled her eyes at me more than once, because I went to the register first instead of where I was supposed to go even though they don’t have anything that says start here. It was my first time being at chipotle, so I didn’t know if you paid first or how that Worked, the two people who made my food were super sweet very nice very understanding. I had three orders and so it was a little confusing but they were very nice but once I got to the register, Dora was so rude. I asked if I put my number in or how does it work to get the reward points? She says you need to scan it you should’ve already done that is what she told me. I said OK I’m sorry I didn’t so can I scan it now she goes now you should’ve done it before hand. I needed to get home to my son so I didn’t have time to talk to the manager. However, if the manager sees this or the owner do you need to fire that lady she was beyond rude and I’m a palled that she was even hired.
