Panda Express — Restaurant in Tigard

I have the Panda Express app, and I live down the street. It is very easy to earn points, rewards, and order for pick-up to skip the line.

Been here many, many times since I was a teenager. The staff are friendly, and will let you know if there might be a wait on a dish coming out fresh. Worth the wait. Every Panda Express has a line, so be patient.

Today, I called this location to let them know I accidentally sent my order and I didn't pick a different time for my pickup. I like to order take out and grab it on my way home from the office. A team member named Jacob picked up my call, and was very empathetic to my situation. After walking me through their app to cancel and re-order, I actually called him back to let him know the app wouldn't allow me to do so.

He was quick to offer a solution, by making a note to put my order together at the time I wanted (2pm) and said its no trouble. He was super nice to handle this situation for me. That was very much appreciated. Especially, I used my Panda Express Rewards points and this...

I like Panda Express I'm not afraid to admit it. When you have that odd craving for Chinese food but don't feel like going to a restaurant and just want something quick and reliable then this is your place.

My family and I don't come here terribly often but when we do we're usually pretty happy although the food is super high in sodium and so after you're done eating you will either drink a ton of liquids or suffer severe dry mouth.

Don't get me wrong though it's still pretty yummy food and you can get in there really quick and be in and out in roughly 10 minutes and when you're in a pinch or just have a craving it works great.

Would I say that this is high quality food? Of course not and it's not really marketed that way. Produce does seem really fresh though and you can see them cooking because it's an open kitchen so you are guaranteed that there isn't any microwave cooking.

Overall decent place to go but still recommend going just don't...

I LOVE this Pandas! The staff and managers here are superb! They fixed an order for me,and brought it to my home,when it wasn't even their fault,it was door dash issue. I'm very impressed by this team and will definitely be back again and again. 😁Thanks for doing a great job!

Update-this Used to be our favorite place to go. The partnership with door dash to service their delivery has caused many issues with quality of food and service here. They have a " it's not our fault" policy where if you order thru the restaurant and your missing food/wrong order/no show driver, they direct you to DD, likewise DD tells you they cannot assist you because order was placed with restraunt- meanwhile your stuck spending an hour on phone for no resolution and then another on the phone with bank to file dispute. This is nuts,I'm disappointed and now go to another location most times for pick up only. They used to be amazing,idunno what...
