I occasionally order pizza for my grandkids in Oregon. Because of the one-hour time difference between Oregon and Texas, where I live, I was told more than once by Dominos that when I place an order for delivery in Oregon, in this case, I should note the delivery time as an hour later than when I want it delivered so that the order is purportedly delivered on time in Oregon. I did so last night and Dominos delivered it at 6:30 pm Oregon time instead of 5:30 pm when it should have arrived, according to Dominos. I've tried ordering both ways: by entering the actual time I want it delivered, regardless of time zones, and it still wasn't delivered on time. The same thing would happen when I was still in Oregon ordering for my mother in Texas. Can Dominos please explain how to place orders in different times zones so that they are actually delivered on time? This shouldn't be difficult. I had starving young grandkids and a son who'd worked a very long day all champin' at the bit waiting for the delivery person. We both tried calling this location, myself about 16 times, but no one answers the phone. I actually spoke to someone at this location in Oregon the last time this happened and it was she who said to note delivery for an hour...
Read moreSince the Covid-19 pandemic my company has been ordering lunches out in order to circumvent potential sickness from shared spaces such as the break-room fridge. We have just a little over 30 employees, but 3 different lunch times. 1st day I ordered from Domino's everything went ok. The 2nd day I ordered I was informed 10 minutes prior to expected delivery of the 3rd (12:00 noon) lunch that they had run out of bread and couldn't complete our lunch order. It was very difficult figuring out how to procure food for 12 hungry employees, 10 minutes before their lunch time... No, Impossible. The 3rd time I ordered the first and 2nd deliveries of the day went fine, but the 3rd one never came and I received no notification as to why. I called but was unable to get through to the store, so after about 8 minutes, I drove over to pick up lunch. When I got there there was on girl there trying to answer phones and make pizzas at the same time. I felt hella sorry for her; enough so that I couldn't even share my extreme displeasure with the fact that I was there. I'm very disappointed with this place and will be finding other means for nourishment in the future. We are all Essential here, some of us are just more competent...
Read moreDominos has gotten better over the years as they have improved consistently improved their recipes + expanded their food offerings to include pastas, wings, loaded tots + more. They are typically open much later than other pizza places making them the perfect late-night option for night owls + movie streamers. Find their best deals on their app + order thru that phone app or u will pay full-price if u simply walk or call in. My only complaint is how small Dominos has "shrunk" their pizzas. A Medium is now really a Small, a Large is really a Medium compared to any other pizza. It's ridiculous. So size up your order if u want to feed everyone + maybe even order an extra one. Seriously. You've been forewarned. Otherwise, the sauce is good, cheese coverage is good + toppings amounts are respectable--all making for a delicious experience. Delivery is often available for that classic experience. Otherwise, pick-ups are easy + they let u know when it's ready to save time. Parking available in lot. Don't forget to download + use the app for...
