RIPPED OFF!! Ordered the new “**DOUBLE**Bonus Jack (w/no lettuce & no pickle).” Paid $5.29 just for the burger, get home to find the tiniest SINGLE PATTY burger. Came back to inquire, spoke with “Tony” and was told “ NO THE DOUBLE BONUS JACK IS A SINGLE PATTY BURGER”. What!?!?! The picture even shows 2 Pattys, it even says DOUBLE!! The milkshake I ordered was served warm, like it was poured an hour before. I work really hard for my money. Fast Food isn’t cheap anymore. I chose to spend my money at Jack in the Box. I spent $38.02 for an inaccurate, unappealing order just for Tony to say “what do u expect when u come so late?” I placed my order at 10:18 pm they close at Midnight. BUYER BEWARE!! THEYRE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! I’m posting pictures of my **DOUBLE** Bonus Jack so the customers really know what they are ordering. It would be worth it to Spend the extra time going to a different location!

I was at this location, I waited for 8 minutes ,then I say hello, someone told me to wait, after 12 minutes she took my order and she didn't understood, I repeated 3 times and finally she get it, when I got to the window I waited 3 more before she took my card,then give me 2 sodas,I told her I only order one small,then give me cash and said for the soda, I received my food and wasn't what I order, I this point I was so angry, the owner of this business need to see who work on his fast food restaurant, the lady couldn't understand the language or hear,I understand is difficult to have employees but at least check if the understand the numbers.

No one in the dining room and several vehicles going through the drive thru in a 10 minute+ period of time while I waited for one single burrito. Watched a doordash delivery guy get told his order that was ordered over 15 minutes prior wasn't made yet. He said that the store has sucked on service for years. I asked for my money to be put back on my card so I was asked if I wanted it in cash....??? Then I wasn't able to get a refund receipt because she couldn't figure it out and had to take a picture of HER copy. FIRST TIME THERE.... AND THE LAST TIME!!!!!!!

I placed an order in the drive thru, and when I got home I was surprised because it was missing an item in it - which was the main thing I wanted - and was replaced with something else. I called the store and told them I got the wrong item and they said I could come back and get it fixed. I wasn’t super excited about this because it was late and I had just gotten off of work. When I arrived at the restaurant the door was locked so I had to go thru the drive thru and once I explained my situation they allowed me to pull into the curb so they could take care of me. Once I was at the curb, the employee who was working at the drive thru when I came the first time, which I now know his name was Alex, came outside and asked about my issue. When I explained it to him, he said that the box has changed and so that’s why I received what I did but I was confused because I had gotten the same thing at another location the day before and it was different than the one I got that night. Regardless, Alex said he would add the item I was missing to my order and remade something else I had ordered as a courtesy. While he was inside I looked online and I found out that the menu had indeed changed overnight. When Alex came out he confirmed the same thing to me, and explained that’s why my order was different than the day before. I immediately apologized and told him I was sorry and that it was my mistake for not seeing that the contents of the box had changed. He was very sweet and told me no worries and that he fixed it for me. I felt so horrible as I was leaving because just like how I was tired getting home late from work I’m sure he felt the same, and to deal with this issue with such patience and kindness really shows how great of an employee he is. Exceptional customer service from Alex and I definitely will be back to this...

This is from two experiences:

First time I came in with a few friends, and Jack in The Box only had TWO employees working in the kitchen/counter. They looked very distraught and exhausted, running all around the kitchen trying to fill customers orders. Later, I saw a man wearing a tie walk out from back, which I'm making an educated guess that it was the manager. I never once saw him trying to help his employees out in the kitchen, even though they were very distressed. He did not seemed concerned at all. Food took a little time to get because of the lack of employees, but I don't blame them. Management should have put more employees on that shift, it was very cruel of them to have two people working the whole restaurant, especially at dinner time.

Experience two: One night, my friends and I were driving around, and we were all hungry, so we decided to stop at Jack in the Box to get some grub. It was a Friday, so they close at 12. It was 11:40 when we pulled into the drive thru, but the lady informed us they were closed, yet they were serving two cars ahead of us. This was really disappointing. I work in the food industry, and I know you don't actually close until 15 minutes after the posted closing time. I can relate to wanting to close early, but 20 minutes early? This location is the worst I have ever been to. EVERY order takes forever and is typically wrong. The other day I ordered online and had the app start the food right away, as I was very close. I got there and was told to park out front (by a man who struggled with basic English) and they would bring me my food. I wasn't feeling well so didn't want to go in. After 20 minutes, I had to get in line again. I get to the speaker and a lady says pull forward without asking my name. I asked four times if they knew who I was before I got the reply "Yes, pull forward." I wait for 4 cars and get to the window and she says "We will have it ready in a bit". I was fuming at this point and snatched the bag from her. She gave me a dirty look and I explained that some popcorn chicken and a shake took 30 minutes after ordering online, and what had transpired. She asked if it was a guy that had told me to pull out font and I said yes. She said she would "talk to him". I requested a refund, it wasn't issued. Big surprise!
